Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBathroom had body hair on the floor and shower. I asked for a crib, and they sent me a crib with NO MATTRESS (said they didn’t have any) and sent a thin blanket instead, don’t recommend going with a baby.

United StatesIt’s pretty tight! The parking was an issue each night we returned. I also didn’t like that the room safe was broken. We called and a hotel engineer was sent up and still couldn’t get it to work. So we had to keep our valuables with us in the car whenever we left the property. Also, breakfast sucked! How do you burn eggs? There were crispy burnt edges on the eggs. Also, how and why is it okay that there was no meat with breakfast? …bacon, and, or sausage is a staple with breakfast, is it not? For the amount of money for these rooms and with breakfast advertised as being included, breakfast is NOT the place to try to save money by having no meat.
I enjoyed the location relative to our plans at the Prudential Center.

United KingdomSadly, the breakfast was a mixed bag- room had tables with mess on and you had to clean them yourself, people were filling their coffee cups to take away so had to wait over 20 minutes for coffee ( solution easy - buy another coffee holder! ) we had to inform the desk, who were quick, then the coffee holder was taken, filled up and brought back in which time more people needed coffee! We didn't get a second cup because people were just waiting and it needed to be refilled! (Dead easy to solve!)... That said they made a pot of porridge that was excellent ( not from a microwave packet)... good selection of fruit, pastries, bread and waffles.
Size of room, bed, generally the room was not an issue. Clean and quiet!

United KingdomThe fixtures in the first room I had could have been in better repair - door hanging of a cupboard and the roller blind not being attached to the wall properly. Breakfast was disappointing - on day two they ran out of paper plates and so everyone had to eat eggs potatoes and sausage out of a bowl - on day 3 ran out of coffee with 45 mins left and didn't refill it so had no hot drink that morning
Check in was smooth and once I had explained about not being able to close or open the blind the night manager Tim came and inspected it and when it fell off the wall as he was trying to pull it up he organised a room swap and upgrade
