We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI am very disappointed in the staff now because the same manager left a lady alone that was her second day. I gave this lady my CC for incidentals like they always ask for and instead of her realizing that I had already paid through booking.com she proceeded to charge my card TWICE!!!!! I have yet been able to speak to the manager, nor has she called me back and I am getting angry as the charges to my card are now causing my monthly charges to be denied!!!!!!!
The manager on duty, Annette, was great when i told her that booking.com had the description of the place and room completely wrong. She found us a sister hotel that let my kids go swimming.

United StatesMy only complaint is my children and I were really lookng forward to swimming as the website states there was an indoor pool. Upon arrival we were told there was no pool and the closest was closing soon.
The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything else was great!

What a very nice stay here at the Hampton. The facilities appear to be a bit dated but the suite assigned to me was quiet, comfortable and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was timely, hot and convenient. And as always, the staff was easily the friendliest I've come across in Hobbs.

United StatesThe guests who stayed in room 228 had their undergarments stolen. They also asked for the maids not to clean their rooms until they checked out. But someone must’ve come in the room and stolen their items. Also, one of the guests did not receive a receipt and was told that she would get it through an email. She wanted a paper copy and was not given one. However, the other guest that stayed in that same room, 228, received a paper receipt. Regardless if a third party is involved or not, the hotel normally gives you a receipt after you checked out.
The location of the hotel was good. It was close to Walmart and restaurants.
