The TV picture quality was poor and some channels did not work. We also would have liked a night stand on each side of the bed that wasn't up against the wall.

We enjoyed the private location tucked away. The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices.

We had a difficult time with the TV and when we mentioned it to the staff they said there was nothing they could do because it was affecting the entire hotel. We left for an hour and they said they contacted the cable co to reset the TV. It still did not work correctly. The entire hotel seemed a little "dated" and the room carpet did not look clean or vacuumed. Not happy to pay over $200.00 for the quality of the room.

The location was off the beaten path but they had nice restaurants close by and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but omelets were rubbery. The exercise room was great!

No bath towels or extra toilet paper when we got there. The bathtub was flaking. The hair dryer was shooting sparks. The pool was dingy, and there were no towels. The breakfast was average, except the waffles were very good.

Was over charged and had to go back and ask for a refund. Shower head was out of the wall....I asked about it and was told nothing. Cable was out the entire stay. Housekeeping didn't put my shower curtain back in and had to shower without a curtain.

The water from the shower drained slowly causing a backup of water in the tub. The carpet had a couple of dirty/ stained spots on the floor. Otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast was tasty and offered variety. The hotel location was close to our ultimate destination but still quietly secluded. The bed was comfortable.

The woman checking us in seemed new. But the woman who she asked for help was awesome. Gave feedback on restaurants in the area. Really engaging. The other lady seemed very uninterested and did not have knowledge of the area. There was a male employee who stared us down as we got on the elevator. When we got off on to our floor he was on the same floor and stared at us until we got to our room. Made me a little uneasy. The elevators were not very clean. The curtains in our room were not long enough to block out the sunlight. There was a massive red couch in our room that was not necessary. Took up to much room and smelled. We didn't even put our luggage on it. Could have done without it.

It was comfortable. Quiet. We didn't hear anything or anyone.

Being told it was okay for a late 2 p.m. checkout and then being called at 11:30 a.m. and being told we were to be checked out then. I was still at my appointment when my sister called and said we were supposed to be checked out. She explained to him it had been okayed for us to check out later, and he said we don't do that here. She said to him we weren't back yet, he told her they were busy and she could wait in the lobby. We had 2 small dogs with us! There needs to be better communication between employees about checkout times. That really put a sour taste in my mouth! Not sure that we will stay there again! Don't tell me one thing and turn around and tell me something else. Not good business! I booked the hotel, not Mark!

Our neighbors slammed their door multiple times in the middle of our first night. The gym felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.The water dispenser was empty.

The location was perfect for the reason of our visit. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was great!

We had two hotel rooms. One didn't have shower gel. And the other didn't have hand soap. No extra toilet paper either.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Very well stocked breakfast area. Staff were friendly.

No towels clean and ready at times. Air conditioning broken. Could not adjust temp. They lost water third night. Had to go through third party for refund.

The only negative about the stay is for some reason the tv signal kept going out in both rooms for 5-10 minutes at a time. Made it hard to watch something without it being interrupted by the signal going out.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff amazing!!! They were very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed! I would definitely stay here again!
