Room very small. Advertised as city view - no views - surrounded by other buildings. No where to store suitcases.

Comfortable bed, large TV, fridge, tea making and safe in room. Breakfast was good. No resort fees. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for Times Square. Very clean.

The ventilation at the room made hell of a noise. Although we switched off the AC, the ventilation was still starting any 10-20 minutes. The breakfast is not for Europeans stomachs for sure.

Location ia great, next to Times Square, however it is still quiet and you can relax. Beds were comfortable and the room was tidy and clean. There is not much space, but that is according to the expectation for Manhattan.

The breakfast was busy… lots of people and sometimes hard to find a seat (we ate between 07:30-08:00 and it was lots of people. Also the food wasn’t that good, besides from the waffles but always a long queue.

The location is great, close to everything. Even though the hotel is located in the middle of Times Square we didn’t get disturbed by any noise in our room. It was clean and contained everything we needed (like fridge, hair dryer, iron etc).

It’s awkwardly set up. The rooms have no space to move. The walkway in the room was nonexistent and we could barely fit our luggage in the room. The hallway on our floor (the 3rd floor) was also very narrow. Difficult to get our bags through the hallway. It’s an interesting use of space but we felt claustrophobic in the room. There also were never any luggage carts available (I used the one from the hotel next door) and the front desk was fine but not overly friendly. While I loved the location of the hotel, I would not stay here again. This is not the hotel for me and my family.

The location is awesome. Very close walk to Times Square and the theater district. The location made this a workable visit. The breakfast was also good.

I wish there was more flexibility on the check-in policy. I've never not been able to check in early at a hotel before.

Breakfast carnage and poor choice. Lifts far too slow. Extremely noisy AC unit in the room which didn’t really seem to cool it down. Plus side, I realised the window opened.. but not until the morning!

Cheap, central and got what I expected.

Reservation center put us on hold when we asked about the rate difference. "If you have already clicked on the site then we can't match it" We don't travel very often, but we have been an honors member for years.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff cleaned tables quickly.. Check in staff was very friendly. Rate was off the chart. Prices doubled within three days of first looking at rates and dates directly with Hilton. Located flights and Yankee tickets then all Hilton hotels posted sold out, yet booking.com had room for $200 less a NIGHT for the same room. Hilton would not match the booking.com rate so we booked with them. The city was busy as expected, but did not know the UN was in session when we arrived. Room was very small but quiet. Elevators were safe for guests only.

The hotel was great, only a block from Times Square, everything was nearby. The only issue were elevators, during rush hours (breakfast, check-out,check-in) we waited like 10-15 minutes for elevator, this big hotel should have more elevators for sure. Room was clean, staff was really friendly. I appreciate the storage of luggage without extra fees.

Nothing to report! We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect within walking distance. The room/bathroom for 3 persons was a little tight but was manageable. The breakfast was great and started our day. Information was given to us to tell us when it was a good time to go for breakfast.....very helpful. Upon checking out, the elevators were very busy but was rectified using the "service elevator".

Air con was noisy in our room, we asked to change room and to be fair the staff were excellent and a move was facilitated. No more noise issues afterwards.

Excellent location for Times Square, you're literally 50m away. The rooms, while compact are fine for space. Rooms appear to have two doubles as standard. Rooms were very clean and visited by staff every other day. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast every morning and overall it's pretty good. It's a big money saver and you'll not leave for your day out hungry. I'd definitely go back.
