You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe stayed a week. The Frig access door was broken and had to be fixed. The shower handle was broken so we could not use it. Reported it and they offered to move rooms. It had already been 6 days. The handle literally fell off in my hands. No shower for a week, not so good. No monitoring of pool. We went down to the pool. 15 children in pool unsupervised. Parents outside partying and not watching the kids all under 12 years old. Hot tub taken over by 6 kids, So we couldn't even use it. So much for enjoying a nite at the pool.

United Statesmattresses were so worn out they should have been thrown out years ago. This time 2 queen beds and both were lumpy, dirty, just worn out. We have stayed in your king size bed room several times and enjoyed it but this time they were not available. Breakfast was cold eggs, no meat, orange juice tasted old and rotten, . Was not what I expected from Hampton Inn. I felt like we were in Motel 6.

United StatesThe room we were in (127) did not have a desk lamp. Also, there was a lot of noise from a truck outside that was running very late at night (between 11pm-1am. We suspect that the person may have been trying to keep the truck warm for some reason as it was below freezing, but the noise disturbed our sleep and the sleep of our other family members in a room down the hall from us.
Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious for our needs, bathroom was also spacious, clean, and great to have a tub and shower.

United StatesI didn't like the sliding bathroom doors. That do not lock. I also didn't like the choice of tile in the pool area. Extremely slippery when wet. Saw so many people almost fall. I being one of them. Dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.

United StatesThe only downside was the pool and the hot tub. They really could've used a good cleaning! The water in the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and the hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned!
Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The size of the room was great and all the staff were very nice and accommodating.
