It was probably one of the most beautiful accommodations we were staying. Terrace was one in 1 million. Staff of the place super friendly, breakfast was amazing and the view spectacular❤️ can’t wait to come here again

Lovely hotel with a lovely team! The view and the breakfast is a highlight. Only disadvantage about the view is the way down to Kini. But definitely worth it.

If pool was located overlooking the bay this would have been an additional plus point & away from road noise.

Stunning sunset views over harbour were amazing. Fantastic traditional Greek breakfast choices. Yummy.

It is a very tough walk back up to the hotel from Kini. I would have liked to be made aware of this prior to my visit. Communication via booking.com could have been better. Often no response was given.

A really steep walk partly on a road without pavement to the beach. Occasional traffic noise.

The property was in a beautiful location and the hosts were amazing, we got a free upgrade and they were so helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, and i would definately recommend the accommodation , as the area is beautiful , and the restaurants in the resort are amazing and it was such good value for money , i would definately return and see more of the island.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, it has an interesting structure and decoration, it is on the top of a hill from which you can admire the beautiful bay of Kini. It is extremely clean and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. A plus is the swimming pool where to enjoy if the weather is too windy as it may happen in cyclades. The breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed our stay! Super recommended!

The room we stayed in and the view were great. We will go again and request the same room. It is a small family-run boutique hotel. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.

We felt the staff atmosphere was tired as if it were the end of a busy season. Some of the towels were tatty on the edges which only mattered because of the price. We stayed in many types of accomadation on the Island and found it strange & irritating that in Both of our Delux rooms that we each only had a half roll of toilet paper which was not reloaded when the room was cleaned so we both ended up with none ! We would not have expected this detail to surface in a hotel property of this rating. The evening restaurant snack food was poor ... alot of bread and chips with very little meat which was greasy ... it did not taste like the fresh and delicious food that we experience eveywhere else that we ate whether in a small local cafe or restaurant.

The location was lovely being at the top of the hill and looking over the bay and was particularly lovely at sunset. The breakfast area over looked this view. Breakfast was nice with a good variation in sweet and savory pastrys and delicious yoghurt & fruit The interior was bright and tasteful both the entrance and the rooms

While we didn’t personally mind the exercise, walking back to Captain’s from Kini Beach can be a bit of a workout, especially for older individuals or young children, so consider having a rental if you’re not up to the challenge.

Captain’s is an authentic B&B stay that makes you feel like you’re experiencing Syros, Greece at its fullest. The amazing homemade breakfast is one I will never forget and the hospitality is unbeatable. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the views from your balcony and while eating breakfast are breathtaking. We lounged down at Kini Beach each day we were there and had dinner at the beachfront restaurants in the evenings. The owners at Captain’s happily assisted us with anything we needed including reserving us in room massages. We were able to fully relax and unwind during our time at Captain’s. Captain’s felt like home away from home and I hope we are able to return for another stay.

Beautiful place on the beautiful island of Syros, the best place we have been to so far. Chrisa, the hotel owner and her husband make sure you have a great time. The breakfast was yummy and the rooms were always clean. The hotel arranged our transfers and the drinks and food were so good. We love Syros and the Captain's.

The location and views over beautiful Kini bay was stunning and our room clean and full of character. The products in the bathroom were so nice we bought some to take home. The family running Captain couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful and welcoming.

The only negative comment I would make is about the blinds , we were woken up very early from the sunlight due to the lack of blinds in the room.

Located at the top of the hill from Kini Beach, it was a lovely quiet place to stay. The property felt traditionally Greek & had the most incredible view. Our room was lovely , spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing & the staff were friendly.
