We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was charged for parking. This was not stated when I made the reservation. I have never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn. Because of this I probably will not stay at this location again.
The lobby seating area was nice and I liked the free coffee and tea.

United Statesthe egg omelettes for breakfast were way overcooked. not a big deal, just got something else. Not the properties fault, but I booked on Booking.com and got the total price out the door. when I went to check out, I saw my invoice for the stay and a $12 “overnight parking” fee was tacked on. This place isn’t located in a fancy downtown area where parking is a luxury. it’s near several other hotels located off the interstate near a couple shopping centers. I expressed my dislike for the charge, and the manager took it off. He said it came from above at corporate and everyone equally thought it was a way to rip people off. This wasn’t included in my price with booking, so I hope this message makes it up the chain and Hampton does away with it.

United StatesSmallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. You couldn’t have two people in the bathroom at the same time unless one person was in the shower.
Bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony with two chairs to sit outside on. Very nice and helpful staff. The room we had wouldn’t cool down so they put us in one that would and did it immediately.

United StatesThe front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE. I questioned why we would have to pay for an open parking lot with no security. She said there was security and parking was only $6 now. She said all the hotels charged for parking here. That’s not true as I have stayed in Loveland many times and have never paid for parking. I said I would go to a better hotel next time for the price I was being charged, she agreed that the Courtyard was a much nicer hotel than this one. Boy, how she is right about that! The rooms are old and dark and have an unpleasant odor. Front desk basically ruined the stay for us. We will never choose this hotel again. There are so many other options here that are better and the staff is NICER! Customer service goes a long way in both directions.

United StatesFirst night we were put in a room next to the elevator. There must be no sound proofing as we heard it going up and down all night so my husband had no sleep before his 8 hour surgery. I asked for another room and was given a handicap room that had an adjoining room with the other occupant leaving tv on loud all night.and the fridge didn't work. There needs to be better sound barrier in this hotel.
