We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis hotel is clean, well cared for, up to date and seems very new! Staff are fantastic. Breakfast starts promptly at 6 am. The day we checked in we went to Cumberland for dinner, we decided on carry out and ate in the lounge area of hotel and watched football. That was great and so relaxing.

The room was quiet and clean, with no cigarette or animal smells. It was well appointed, and laid out in a comfortable way. We loved the fridge and microwave, and used both daily. Xander the manager, and Mickey the night manager, were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Mickey helped us get the aircon and TV working to our liking, and gave us toothpaste -- we always forget something! The included hot breakfast was also terrific.

The location was great, staff was friendly, overall cleanliness was great. I really enjoyed the Tesla chargers they had in the parking lot. Those chargers were the main reason I chose this location. Ill stay here again next time I'm in the area.

United StatesWe were told we could access the side door to the hotel with our room key according to the sign but the door wouldn't open. This meant we'd have to walk around the building after parking which wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't freezing outside. The shower fosset also leaked and would drip onto the tub fosset which would make a pinging noise which drove me a little crazy. It was only audible in the bathroom so it wasn't a big deal but I thought I'd mention it.
We loved the bed and the included breakfast was quite tasty and a perfect way to start the day. The staff at check-in was very kind. This was also a perfect location as we wanted to visit western Maryland railroad within town and it was right off the highway.
