Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesPay to park?? And we’re guests??? We couldn’t even park in the parking lot, not enough spaces, had to park next door in a business parking driveway. Dog walk area 2’ by 2’, very small, but I was glad they had one.
Breakfast was great, had a long drive home so getting a little something before we left was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and my son slept on the sleeper soft. He would have liked a little bit thicker blanket. But other than that no problems or issues.

United StatesAlthough the room was great, the couch bed could probably be replaced or at least cleaned and new mattress. There was only one working elevator which turned into a longer wait time when coming and going. Although probably not possible could definitely use additional parking for vehicles.
We reserved a king suite for the weekend. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, could have a little more variety, but offered about the same as most hotels.

United StatesThe breakfast was horrible. The frozen eggs were still cold and the attendant only served small amounts of food at a time creating long lines of people waiting. Saturday night of my stay, the guest above me was noisy and walked heavily footed around the room all night. Litterly all night. We had almost no sleep. I informed the desk the next morning- they just smiled and said " oh no, Im sorry. " I understand it's a arkward situation for the team to handle on both ends, however the way I see it is I paid over $100 that night for a place to sleep. We got no sleep, then woke up the next morning to half frozen eggs and potatoes, no bacon and long lines for the waffel makers and toasters and bacon. Team members smiling at me and telling me you're sorry only made me my sleep deprived hangry attiute worse. I feel the night should have been refunded or discounted.
The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming.
