Awesome location, 1/2 block to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai. Had everything we needed for a good stay.

Hale Pua Villa is a lovely little studio near the beach. It has a great location with charming Hawaiian welcome. It has a nice little kitchenette and a comfortable bed.

Sweet, simple, clean in a perfect location! Appreciated the extra touches -- e.g., beach chair and welcome amenities. Just right for the 2 final nights we spent of our vacation on Poipu.

Because the apartment faced the sun it did get a little warm during the day, but the unit air conditioner cooled it down enough at night that it was comfortable after a long day in the sun.

The location of this property was excellent! Poipu beach was just a quick walk away. We saw turtles, monk seals, and dolphins on our walk along the shore.

The chickens are an issue everywhere on Kauai. The 3:30 am chicken wake-up calls every night were irritating.

Kathy is a very pleasant, responsive and accommodating host. The unit was nicely furnished, well supplied and very comfortable.

Kathy was a super nice host and even left some chocolates for us! The location was super convenient and just a walk away from the beach. We signed up for surf lessons at the shop next door and they were wonderful.

Pillows were not up to the standard of the rest of the facility.

Clean and cozy. Amazing location. close to beach. Puka Dogs within 100 yards! Beach Chairs, towels, cooler provided… Awesome!

We were happy with the location of the rental which was near the beach. There was convenient parking. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. The bed was comfortable for getting a good night's sleep. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating, and helped us when we needed it. It was also great that there was a washer and dryer and items for the beach.

Fantastic location a few hundred metres from the beach. comfortable condo with a kitchenette enabled me to cook for myself. Owner Kathy is very friendly and welcoming.

Gorgeous and private location. A couple minutes walk to the beach and walking paths, close to a bike rental and bus stop. Host was super kind. Unforgettable.

If the host hadn't given us delicious macadamia nut chocolates as an "ahola" gift, which we ate all in one sitting, it wouldn't have whetted our appetite for more. So there's that.... ;-)

Great location, lovely host, lodging exactly as described and shown in pics. Cozy, comfortable room. Easy walk to beach and food. Quiet and private, even with it being downstairs suite attached to residence. Equipped with beach chairs and towels, coffeemaker & fridge. Kitchen stocked with basics, as well.

We only used the patio area as a convenient place to dry our snorkeling gear. There isn't really a view from the property.

The best things about this property were the friendly and helpful host, Kathy, and the proximity to Poipu Beach. We walked across the street each day to snorkel. The unit had all the basics (mini fridge and microwave) for a short stay. Brennecke's Beach Broiler is about "one block" away; however, if you go in the evening, be sure to make a reservation.

The outdoor grill did not work. The owner was not aware of this until we told her near the end of our stay. She planned to address the issue for future guests.

The location was great! We could be at the beach in a minute. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean!

Dim lighting throughout. Overall unit needs updating, particularly bathroom fixtures.

Prime location for staying on the south shore. Amenities such as free parking, AC, and washer and dryer access. Privacy of unit.

Bed was very hard. Kitchen was very small and was more of a kitchenette. Bath was outdated with old fixtures in need of an update at this pricepoint.

Location was great across from Poipu beach. A/C was good.
