It was not the same room selected from the Booking website. The water pressure from the shower was low.

This particular room was pretty bad. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worst. When we went to take showers, the faucet was loose so my husband tried to stabilize it. The hot and cold were backwards. The shower was so strong it would sting your bare skin. And the shower curtain would not stay closed. I had to hold it shut while I tried to wash up. It didn’t cover the width of the bathtub and water poured out onto the floor. There was patch on the painted walls by the toilet that hadn’t yet been sanded and painted so maybe it is being worked on? If that’s the case, it shouldn’t have been rented out. But we were just there to rest our heads so I didn’t complain and ask to be moved.

I’ve stayed here several times and the staff couldn’t be any friendlier! The manager is awesome, her staff is awesome! It’s in close proximity to ECU.

My main complaint was that the pool was not open for my entire stay of 13 days. Yes, it was there. There was a heat wave going on but, no one could use the pool. I felt as though a discount should have been offered. My booking was based on the availability of pool usage.

The location is great. It is located very near ECU Hospital and there is 24 hour shuttle service offered to the airport and hospital complimentary. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was really good and there are fresh fruit snacks, yogurts, milks, tea, coffee and water provided 24 hours at no charge. The business center is adequate. Overall, a really good place to stay but the real treasures are the people who work there.

The beds and sofas/ Chairs felt damp. One room we had you had to slam and pull on the door to get it to shut. All of our rooms had a musty smell. The hotel and hallways were hot

I was relocating and was my last night in Greenville, NC and I was greeted by the staff very well. Room was clean and shower needed some renovation, but it was clean. All in all, I was satisfied with the hotel in all. Oh and the breakfast was very good. The eggs were not powder eggs. I really enjoyed my self

Our first room's door was broken so we had to go to another room. I liked the first room better. It had more space. But other than that everything was great.

The first room we were in had a slight odor and then we realized the carpets were soaked. They happily gave us another room, then we couldn't unlock it's door, even the key pad showed "green". Then he gave us another room and it worked out well.

When I was checking in, my debit card was charged for the room. I wanted my credit card charged and used, when I voiced my concerns the lady told me to just let the front desk know at check out to charge the credit card, I did exactly what I was told to do but my debit card was charged for the stay. When I called someone told me that I would have to call back and it would take 7 days for the money to get back in my account but I don’t have time to make a million phone calls for other peoples mistakes. Why don’t they ask at checkin how do you want to pay for the room, that would have solved the problem at the beginning.

The ceiling paint was coming off. The were black spots in bathroom along with the tub having dirt/grime inside and around.

The toilet bowl didnt flush all the time, had to correct problem myself, was visible dust in corners of the room on carpet. A cleaning rag was left on floor under the table

It was an older hotel, could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. The picture of the room I booked online did not look like the room we stayed in. It was expensive for an older hotel but we realized when we got there that the prices were higher because it was the local university’s homecoming weekend.

They served a very nice breakfast and it was centrally located. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms were very dated and in our room the toilet mechanism broke . We had to change to a smaller room at 9.30pm as there were no other king rooms available. We were not offered any discount.

Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Paint on ceiling in bathroom was peeling off, some noted trash on floor in our room. Elevator smelled like pot, hallway outside of 320 had very strong smell of pot both nights.
