Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Stateshad to switch rooms halfway in the stay because, according to the person at the counter, we never should have been put in that room. When they called a manager to help, we had to wait for them to arrive, and they never did, and we ended up having to move. no one informed us we had to request the rooms to be made up.

United StatesThey have no lounge chairs by pool. There were rotted out chairs and old metal and plastic ones. They never filled the towels by the pool. They did have a charcoal grill, which we used. We never received clean towels or room service, and we're there for 2 nights.

food is very good, never a complain here. staff excellent. i would recommend them to anyone that would ask me this. Rooms are clean & staff is excellent. The king size bedrooms are very good because i can work in them.

United StatesThis is an older property and the rooms could use some maintenance and updating. My room this time also had dirty carpet, a non-working light, the area around the mini fridge and microwave needed cleaned, and the drawers were dirty inside. That was a bit unusual compared to other stays though.
Best Western has been a “home away from home” for a couple of years for myself and my cousins. My Aunt/their mom was in an assisted living facility and we all took turns going to visit her and always stayed at Best Western. This visit was for all of us to gather together for her “celebration of life”. Barbara and the front desk staff were all very kind and accommodating. We always enjoyed the free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant.
