I had high expectations since had stayed in The Graduate in Tuscon. Unfortunately the Tempe location is not even close to the same level of comfort and sophistication. Worst of all is its located on a very busy and loud street. Feels like your in the stands at the Indy 500. The front desk staff claims there are no other available rooms. Nightmare.

The entire hotel had no hot water for the first 36 hours of our stay. We had to figure that out ourselves and notify the front desk that we had no hot water, they said they knew and were sorry. I then had to ask for a reimbursement, which they said they would do after I checked out and to this date, I still have not been reimbursed for the one night as promised. I would not stay here again and would recommend you stay elsewhere too.

The location of the hotel right near the ASU campus was great. The staff at the front desk was friendly.

Front desk staff misinformed us of where the microwave was located and we had to go to 3 different floors to find it, but the fact that there was even a microwave to use overshadowed the misinformation.

Loved this hotel! SUPER CUTE, and staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable. Restaurant on site was delicious and our server made us some great iced coffee!

The room was a little warm when we entered, but the air worked well and didn’t take long to cool it off.

The breakfast options were fine, but we preferred to find a cute coffee shop to explore the campus life.

The balcony door had a huge draft of cold air that enter the room. Ended up trying to place towels to reduce the cold air from entering the room.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was good for what I was there to do.

They charge you for everything (toothbrush, coffee etc). Water bottles are $5. Coffee situation is terrible. Need to pay for it in the lobby, in room I got one K cup of regular and had to pay $5 for the water bottle

Clean, great staff so close to ASU

Too expensive for this class of hotel. Everything is old and dated, even though the decor is quite unique. My husband commented that you get the feeling that they went with the cheapest options possible. The towels are coarse and places in wire baskets on the floor (interesting choice) there are useless and dusty shelves in the bathroom, and the whole room in general needs dusting. But weirdest of all was the soap/shampoo/conditioners on the wall - as if we’re in a dorm/gym and not battling Covid? As if we’re not paying $169 per night here with no breakfast? Worst of all, the AC blows directly at you at night, so you either turn it off or let yourself get turned into ice. We ended up just leaving it off for the whole night. Also, when we checked in the receptionist was not particularly friendly. He looked like I was there to annoy him.

Location can’t be beat if you want to be close to Vista Del Sol or the lower side of campus.

No daily room service. A little more cream and sugar for coffee would be nice.

Liked the cleanliness and room set up. Good sized room and bathroom. Love the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash and really loved the balcony. Great room for fair price.

*Although I paid for breakfast in advance, no breakfast was served. Although the hotel contacted me several time prior to arrival, they never mentioned that there was no breakfast. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to walk very far. I certainly would have chosen a different hotel if I had known about breakfast. *Person at check-in was very nice, but was new and took much longer than I am used to for check-in (especially after driving for two hours and needing a bathroom.

Location for attending Gammage Auditorium. My room was free at check-out, primarily because clerk did not know how to subtract the pre-paid charge for two breakfasts. But I appreciate the free night.

The room was smaller than I remember, I was re-creating something from a year ago and I thought the rooms were bigger, but overall, still lovely.

I ordered breakfast from an outside vendor, but the room was nice. The view on the balcony was spectacular! It didn't even seem like I was in Arizona!
