Our room was not cleaned before our arrival, the restroom smelled of urine & the floors were sticky!

Reasonable price and room! Is a bit noisy considering it’s on the highway, but food is close by with a Wendy’s next door!

Only downside was there were cockroaches since the first night we stayed here.

It was really comfortable and peaceful. wasn’t to far from river walk and zoo. Like 5 miles away.

We got a non-smoking room that someone had snoked in. We also discovered we paid quite a premium over the walk-in rate but this might be the way it works

I like the modern furniture as well as having vinyl flooring instead of carpet (easier to clean and doesn’t trap bad smells) but what I and my family loved the most was the cleanliness. Usually lowering your budget means lowering your standards which tends to fall on the sanitary side but that was not the case with this hotel and we are truly grateful and will be using them again.

The floors needed to be mopped or swiffered, the walls could be wiped down, the area was semi-decent, and there was only one remote.

The pool was really nice and clean, two bed room were spacious, AC was rattling but worked great, and the staff were very nice. Also the pillows were so fluffy!

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. I was content with the room and amenities. Staff was kind a attentive. The pool I'd hoped to enjoy was unavailable due to a leak. Other than a misunderstanding on checking in I have no complaints.

They didn't accept our IDs or form of payment to check in. They still charge our card.

Nothing hotel charged my girlfriend card but they didn't accept us at the hotel. Employee said hotel reservation had to be under her name.

The front desk man did not display any kind of hospitality. He had just argued with another guest about a dirty room. No professionalizom.

The hotel did not meet my handicapped accomodations. The front counter man started making excuses as to why he couldn't provide me in handicap accessible room

There was roaches in the drawer, dirty bathroom floor. The shower knob was opposite, hot side was actually cold and vise versa. The Outlets in the restoom didn’t work. My husband asked for an iron from the front desk, first one didnt work had to make another trip to the office to switch it out.

The price was good for the perfect location. It had us close to where we needed to go. The Room got nice and cold and the bed was comfortable.

Our feet and socks were very dirty, the floors had not been cleaned. There was black hair in the tub, on the tub, on the floors and even on the nicely hung towels and washcloths.

When I showed up the lobby was closed after telling them that I was arriving at a certain time. The “owner” or whoever he is was rude and kept telling me that room I booked is a no-smoking room. Like duh? He kept repeating it to me three times like I’m dumb or slow and I don’t even smoke. Plus there was his child in his little office.

The staff was rude, housekeeping would come by and pound on the door until you answered. When you would answer they were rude when asking if we needed towels. (They did not enter the room to clean anything while we were there.)
