It's a little old, and didn't have a coffee maker in the room.

The staff was so kind and professional. The man at the reception desk was helpful and friendly. Eveeything is well-lit at night, so my mom and I felt safe. They came out at midnight with extra towels and pillows for us. For an affordable night during a big football game, this place was good.

Appreciated the late checkout. Clean, rooms could use some updating… but otherwise fine for a nights stay. Owners were very pleasant.

Like three bath towels already in room (extra for drying hair). Missed not having a hand towel at sink. Had trouble with the WiFi working steadily.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years while attending the NHRA Gatornationals. It suites our needs perfectly. The owner even remembered me even though this was our fist time back since the pandemic. The room was clean with a comfy bed and fresh, crisp linens with a friendly price point.

It was a very basic room. Not all of the lights worked and the ceiling was rather low - not a problem for us, but I wondered about tall people.

I appreciated that the clerk understood that I did not book two rooms, as my reservation said. What happened was that when I was reserving the room online, I couldn't tell if it had gone through so I reserved it again. The location was convenient for late night snack and early morning gas. Also the TV and movie offerings were good, and bed was comfortable. Finally, I very much appreciated finding an available room. I didn't realize when I booked it that UF graduation was that weekend!

The weather it was raining and cold for Florida.

My check in was good and prompt. I was received with a warm smile and friendly greeting . The facility was clean and I felt safe . If I return back to Gainsville I will stay at the Inn.

I get to the property and first thing I get welcomed with was a rude employee at the office claiming I didn’t book the room and then he asked me to pay again and asked for my payment info. We got into a argument after going back n forth and finally he gave me a room. The room he gave me wasn’t what I got so I went back and told him what it should have been then he said if you leave me alone I’ll fix it so he fixed it finally. Once we got into the room I saw 3 roaches in the bathroom and I didn’t stay the second night.

Pool closed. No blanket on bed. No hangers. No hair dryer. Basically zero amenities and smelled like mildew. The didn’t expect much for the price , but this was even worse than I anticipated based on the rating.

The man at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. The facility is outdated, and I found a few hairs on the bed, but we knew what to expect when booking this place. Easy and quick place to stay.
