Lots to do on the property. Great for families and the best is the bar to go drinks to take back up to your room to have when the kids are asleep.

The restaurant was a little disappointing. We had to wait awhile for the hostess to seat us and then she seemed like it was a bother.

Close to everything. The room was immaculate and decorated so perfectly attention to detail was notable. Everything very high end the playground the koi pond the gazebos the fire pits. It was perfect.

Nothing, it was stunning!

The landscaping was beautiful all around the steamboat! We had a lovely fire every night at the fire ring located at the property that isn’t offered at any hotel far or near! I sat outside on the deck every morning drinking my coffee watching the ducks swim in the water that’s around the steam boat! Simply amazing

The bar could have been open a little later with maybe some kind of snack menu. We were there to go to The Sight and Sound Theater. They only have hot dogs and nuts at the theater. I was a bit hungry after the show but didn’t want to go someplace else for “fast food”. We got back to your hotel around 9:45. By the time I got changed for pool it was 10:05. Ordered a beer in a plastic cup (that was great) and probably would have had another. It’s not like that is a deciding factor. I’ll be back!

The entire concept was comfortable and fun. Excellent clean room, got in an adult swim in pool, great bar and a delicious breakfast!

When we came in after a show (9:30) we wanted to ask a question. Unfortunately, there was no one at the desk and no one showed up after ringing the bell twice. I would think someone should be available for guests.

Not impressed at all with lunch and dinner. Shrimp cocktail had no taste. Fish & chips something like frozen, breaded fish, not fresh and flaky. Tomato bisque more like spaghetti sauce with croutons.

Great location. Very comfortable room and beds. Nice area to walk around a pond or relax watching the ducks. Extra sink outside the bathroom. Cookies and lemonade in the lobby. Gift shop

More towel racks in the bathroom for the wonderful, very soft bath towels.

Breakfast was very good; waitress very pleasant and attentive. Price comparable to most restaurants. The round table was perfect for our group of 7 adults.

The room layout was strange. The wall separating the sitting area with couches and the bedroom was weird. It felt very closed off and awkward.

Front desk workers were very friendly. The bartender/server at the tavern did a great job. Food was delicious. Our son loved the playground and the pond. We spent the day at Dutch Wonderland so the location was perfect right down the road.

Ducks flew over and messed all over our vehicle. Pillows hurt neck.

Our room was right across from a work noisy work zone. Its good to know you are making updates, just disappointed to be so close to the noise. Also, found out that the 3rd floor was couples only. Thatd have been great.

It was beautifully decorated for the period. WE liked the music playing in the hallway.

Sound of doors banging during the day from the guest. Rooms were not very sound proof from this .Night time was quiet though.

Location was wonderful! Everything was better than expected. The grounds are beautiful and there are alot of spots to enjoy without being too crowded. The restaurant was cute and food was tasty. The employees were very friendly and met our needs.

The toilet and tissues were very rough. The chicken marsala left a lot to be desired. Definitely could not recommend it for dinner.

The mattress was not comfortable.

Everything except the bed was not comfortable for me. My kids and husband didn't have that problem. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
