I did find a waterbug in the shower. The walls are hollow everything can be heard from neighbors and outside noise.

The property was clean and safe place to stay. I also liked the fact that the parking was free.

No coffee maker in room, or on premises. Toilet didn’t flush consistently, shower/tub drained slowly, super thin towels, dirty floor. No room to walk in double bed room, very few outlets, toiletries were minimal.

Location, comfortable bed, pool, but didn’t have time to use it. Refrigerator and microwave. One level and quiet with close free parking.

The room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned which I could tell by all the dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom and the dead fly on the floor. Furniture is too bulky for the space so it's cramped. I didn't like that when I checked-in I was told I needed to give a $20 cash deposit that I was unaware of (it wasn't written anywhere on my reservation). The last thing I want to do is run around looking for an ATM after a long journey, especially when my credit card is on file!

The sheets and towels were clean. Walking distance to Disneyland and Starbucks on the way. Inexpensive. I like that you can park your car right outside your room for easy loading and unloading.

Huge ( size of a half dollar ) dead cockroach in the bathroom.

The floors were extremely dirty, they made my feet black walking on them. The floor mat got black just touching the floor. Obviously they don't clean properly There is minimal pool access as you can't just go swim you have to ask the owner to unlock pool gate even during the day. The wifi is weak but sufficient.

The motel is basic, but for a Disneyland stay you won't be in the room much anyway. The owner was helpful and kind. The bed had clean sheets and the fridge worked. It's about a 15 min walk to Disneyland or a bus comes every 15 -30 mins

Very drab and tired looking but I do recognise that in the woeld of motels, you pay for what you get and we were just using it as a base to sleep. The towels were thin and tiny but the operator kindly offered to give us more towels at any point we needed them.

This was probably the cheapest place around Disney. Convenient to walk to the resort. Our v v heavy luggage (2 ski bags) had been held up at our flight origin. They arrived 24 hrs later when we were out and the operator kindly put them in our room. Place was quiet considering the location.

The room beds are a little out dated, and the top bedding covers had cigarettes burnt holes all over it, in a none smoker room that we were put in.

The price for the location was good do to it was close to Disneyland.

Someone came and knocked at our door at 1am. Door could be more secure from the inside.

The clear plastic bathroom shower curtain, glue-white stains on the semi-dark curtain, and the two-inch roach i found on my ceiling.

I liked the location relative to where I was going and the drive up for car parking outside of the rooms.

I looked at the mattress to look for bed bugs and the mattress was so badly stained. It looked like it was retreated from the side of the road. The walls had visable stains and dirt and gross marks all over. The floor was clearly dirty. It honestly didn’t look like it had ever gotten a proper cleaning. It was hands down the lowest quality room I’ve ever stayed in. However, I knew what I was purchasing. We only slept in the room…it did its purpose.

Perfect location. It’s on the same street as the Disney parks and only took 20 minutes to walk there. The bed was comfy, the A/C worked great, the shower had great water pressure and very hot water. There was even a pool. We only dipped our feet in for a little while because they were sore from walking in the Disney parks all day.
