There was a slight mixup with housekeeping. We checked out of our room thinking we were going to another room, we had no idea that we could still stay in our room after booking another week.It seems like the housekeeping person got annoyed that she had to clean the room because we returned. She kept saying,”you checked out”.If I paid I am entitled to return. That was the only downside.At the moment it annoyed me, but she did clean the room like she was supposed to and everything was fine after that.

I did not know breakfast was offered. I will see in the morning.

The staff refused to let me check in before 3om. My family and I stood outside for twenty minutes. Then only staying two hours left for entertainment. We returned at 9:30 am. The room door was open and my property was missing.. the manager made no attempt to apologize, recoverer that missing items. One item was a mix Media poster I had just finished. . The other items were charged and cords for phones. I really want a refund.

The air conditioning was very cool.

The motel is in the hood lots of traffic the whole hotel smell just like weed roaches the bed is not comfortable at all pillow cases has stains the room key didn’t work properly the guest above my room was very loud walked/ stumped all night. I wish I can get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and rest to sure I will not being staying here again

There is a saying I've heard that says "Live in the forrest once, but leave before it makes you too soft. Live in the jungle once, but leave before it makes you too hard." If you ever want to experience the "jungle" part, go to this motel. Fiends walking around everywhere, potential prostitutes everywhere, lackadaisical staff, people selling drugs, you name it. Hallways were full of trash and reeked of weed and smoke from Lord knows. At least they had some type of security walking around, but one worker can only do so much. I do not recommend this motel.

The cleaning lady was very nice and did an exceptional job cleaning the room.

Dirty and to much chaos throughout the night

People yelling in the hallway all night and dogs barking cigarettes butts all over the floors . Slept there on night and found different motel . Didn’t even get my money back which sucked butt my safety was more important than staying there.

Located in the absolute WORST neighborhood in the Dallas Metro area, Oak Cliff. Halls reek of urine and extremely potent Marijuana, the homeless and drug-addled hang around the parking lot freely without security or anything, and harass you coming and going from your car. There was a LITERAL burned-out and crashed SUV just sitting in the parking lot behind the building. Guests are loud, fight, slam doors, all right out in the halls. Women solicit you for sex walking down the halls to the vending machines or to get ice. Parking is tight and unorganized. The surrounding neighborhood is straight out of a 90's "Hood Movie". The staff are short, rude, and absolutely don't exhibit ANY hospitality. No "DO NOT Disturb" signs provided, housekeeping will bang on your door before checkout, asking for your dirty towels (like you're in jail). There is minimal hotel hygiene (single tiny bar of soap) offered. The rooms and property look NOTHING like the photos (which are HEAVILY filtered). This place makes you feel like you should confine yourself to your room and check on your car every few minutes. Absolutely HORRIBLE representation of Motel 6, and that is a LOW bar to miss... Disgusted with this property and my stay here.

The receptionist was rude and gave me a dirty used room. I was over charged and did not receive the room I reserved. When finally getting into what I thought was a better room it was actually run down holes in curtains flat beds and pillows. Telephone did not work. I decided to leave a hour after attempting to tolerate the conditions, simply from being uncomfortable.

I asked the maid if she could clean the filthy tub and she handed me the cleaning solution and bucket seriously. She had a serious attitude and it never got cleaned. I took a bird bath in the sink and never used it.
