Missing blowdryer in the room but haf one in the car. I didnt call housekeeping or front desk, im sure they would have goy me one if it was available.

Thanks cleaners for going above and beyond. My room was sparkling clean, You could tell tables wiped, both sinks cleaned and even the shower. Give cleaners a bonus sometime. :) I didnt try breakfast, was too tired. Also thank the front desk for allowing me to chwck in 30mins early by calling the housekeeping to see if they had a clean room at the time. I am grateful. Loved the bibles in the room. God knows Psalm 91 will help keep nightmares away.

The bed could've been a lot better. I wish on the tv the music stations were available without having to pay for it.

The pillows smelled weird and weren’t comfortable. The bed felt off balance. The jets on the hot tub were half good and half not great. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and each time it’s a little worse sadly

Parking was tight. One elevator was broken. Based on other hotels in the area at this price point, I expected a slightly higher quality of amenities. Everything was nice enough, but not as good as I expected.

The hotel was clean, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty, but nothing particularly special.

The bed was not comfortable, as the mattress was due a change. The shower drain needs to change as it was pitted, though the bathroom was very clean

The property was clean, and check in was easy. The room was clean and I got what I asked for, a non-adjoinung room.

You should maybe consider doing something different for the back view. Need more than 2 wash cloths in the rooms please. Also there’s a little Rust on the towel rack. Need to secure the wall paper that’s on the wall.

My TV didn't work & one of the complimentary waters was drunk halfway where u could clearly see it. I was really shocked since this is a Marriott Hotel. I hope they give me my points for the aggravation

All light, except bathroom and entry were unplugged! Bathroom had hair in tub, not a lot. There was nobody wash in the shower. Small things but annoying.

The room was big, clean for the most part. The clerk who checked us in was very pleasant.

Rooms were spacious. Nice layout. PK at the front desk was a superb representative of your brand.

The bed linen could be put together much better. Maybe the linens were the wrong size, but we’re bunched up so much, it was difficult to sleep, but I was too tired to take it all apart and redo it.

Breakfast was great and fast. Also one evening meal was very good. Staff at the bar/restaurant was excellent. No so much was the lady who checked me in. Location was perfect. May stay there again.

The shower head needs to be replaced. The restaurant seating needs to be renovated. Get rid of the ladybugs in the room.

The only cons would be 1. The price, especially for during renovations and without a pool. It's quite pricey, considering other nice hotels with more amenities are cheaper. And 2. The shades in the room...they don't block out the light and you can't close the curtains. So the sun blinds you early in the morning.

We stayed for a wedding, so there was a group of us. The hotel was having renovations, so we expected that. Our room was super clean (see photos for how shiny and clean), and the bed was comfortable. Dave was awesome and so helpful. He was the shuttle driver from the wedding venue and even personally showed us to our room- he was super helpful and friendly. He even turned on the heat and tv. The staff we dealt with directly was nice and patient, but Dave was the best. Rooms: Very clean room, and the rest of the hotel was clean also- including the public bathrooms. Food & drinks: The drinks were very good. My friends paid for extra time at the bar so we could all hang out after their wedding. The drinks were really good. The bar was clean.
