Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey advertise a breakfast, but only had cereal, juice, hard boiled eggs. Very sparse for facility. Staff was not very friendly at check in.
The location was great for us & the price. Clean & good pool/shuffle board! Very Floridian.

GermanyEvery room had the same (shabby) picture on the wall. The door and the carpet seemed like they could use some TLC. But all that I could easily overlook. The problem for me was what we saw at the breakfast table. It was Easter Sunday, so a special day for us and it seemed like a special day in the hotel as there was an Easter bunny walking around, taking pics with families and giving out candies. So far all good. We were told it would be hot breakfast, which means eggs and some sort of sausages (far from real meat that was). They were all served on cheap plastic dishes - plastic plates, with plastic cutlery. I actually burst into tears. No hotel, not the last one star hotel in Europe would dare to use one-use plastic dishes and cutlery, out of principle (not because of 'what would the clients say'). At home, we would take out our best china for the special day but even on a regular day, nobody even owns a plastic plate anymore (Europe). I felt like this was such an insult to all our recycling efforts back to europe that i burst into tears. I imagined that hundred more hotels do the same around the USA, saving money on not employing one staff who would just load real dishes into a dishwasher. I will never forget that Easter Sunday as I ate from plastic plates. Apart from that, they had apples wrapped in plastic (I could not believe my eyes, I took a pic of it to show people back home) and buns in plastic bags - it felt like all I saw around was just plastic plastic plastic. The food was far from an idea of food for me but by then I was used to that (it's a general problem in the USA, not of this hotel - products made of bleached flower with the longest list of random chemical ingredients in it etc). So that was a massive down for me which unfortunatelly overruled generally happy memory of the hotel: the room was good, the bed was great, we had a great sleep there.
I liked the bed - it was clean, fresh, big enough for two. The room was spacious too.

CanadaAir conditioner was very loud. The lights at night shine through the curtains. Blackout curtains would be better as I felt it was morning all night long!
Beautiful trees surrounding the warm pool. Close to key largo and Everglades. Good morning breakfast with lots of variety. Pool was large and warm! I like separate entrance from the outside and parking car close to the door.

United States of AmericaThe room that I booked stated that it was a Garden view, pool view suite, however it was not I was in room 347 and the only thing that was there was a tall tree and a old truck.
I didn’t go for breakfast because I’m not a breakfast person. The room was clean and it smell fresh, this time around we booked a suite with a sofa but it was only a small one not big enough for 2 person. Apart from that everything was up to standard.

TurkeyA bit far from Miami but it’s not surprise. I would stay again as long as the price is that good. Breakfast is good on weekend and not bad in working days. Good hotel.
Good price. Location is nice as well, it’s far from Miami though. Good point to rest towards the Keys. Several outlets around. Possible to go shopping even with no car.
