Rooms and corridors and pool are a big run down. It was not an apartment as promised !

Location was good, check in was smooth!! Parking onsite perfect.

I’ve been coming to this motel for quite a few years now and felt it had really tired this year. Carpets stained and not vacuumed very well when arrived, bathroom very rundown almost felt unclean, furniture is all very scuffed and tired looking.

Location great for our visit, size of room great. Comfy bed and warm room.

Facility was dated and room smelled damp due to old carpet. Owner could consider carpet replacement but otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay. pricing Was reasonable.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment and it was roomy. kitchen was well equipped. Kitchen, living room and all the rooms were spacious. Everyone were happy with the selection of movies. Bed was comfortable and thank you for being able to choose the bed arrangement for each of the room.

Room service was poor- bed not made properly, floor not vacuumed and had to ask for supplies to be replenished.

We could have been asked is there anything you need in the unit. Missed having a local community brochure ie recommended eating place. No electric blanket. Canberra can get very cold at night.

Great location for what we wanted to do. Very easy to be self catering. Facilities adequate - some kitchen crockery could checked and updated. Kitchen bowls to use in the microwave would have been helpful

While everything was fine for this level of accommodation, the floor tiles in the unit were cold, icy on the feet. Pool floor tiles heated!

This is a budget apartment hotel so facilities and standard of furnishings and decor is in line with the low cost. The indoor pool was the deciding factor for my booking. The water was cool - apparently 25C - but not cold. There were plenty of towels. The gym had enough equipment for a maintenance work out. Towels were changed and garbage bag sorted every day except for the Public Holiday and Sunday. There was plenty of hot water. Nice outdoor area with bbqs for warmer weather. appreciate the free parking.

The room was not very clean. Fridge had lots of crumbs and stains. The hairdryer had foundation fingermarks all over it. There were dusts in corners. Bed was made up with 2 single beds joined, so it’s uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. All 4 pillows were very thin.

Great location near the shops in Dickson. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and quiet. Kitchenette facility with full size fridge and dishwasher are handy. Underground parking with lots of parking spaces. Pretty garden.

Plenty of room to eat and sleep although Kitchen was a bit short on cutlery and accessories which wasn't a great problem for us but a simple thing like a can opener/wine bottle opener would have been helpful

The indoor pool was rather cold. Not sure if they were heating it at all.

Good communication to get key, given our arrival was out of reception hours. The gentleman on reception the next day seemed puzzled that no milk had been in our room for tea/coffee, but happily supplied some. The room was comfortably set out, but bed a bit too firm for our liking. Easy walk to local shops.

I felt like it should have had a kitchen sink or some sort of drinking tap/fountain. It is not ideal to get water from the bathroom tap. As well as not having a full toilet paper roll to begin the stay, we ran out but didn’t need to ask for more.

Had what we needed, a bed, toilet and shower. Relaxing lounge and big tv, it was a nice stay and an affordable price.

It is tired, the carpets are stained, and the fact that the rooms are not cleaned on weekends is disappointing and not acceptable. They will provide clean towels but you must ask for it the breakfast options are not acceptable

The king bed was unfortunately incredibly uncomfortable and kept separating between the two beds put together. Had to keep getting up to put the sheets back on. Nil other complaints at all though

Two rather minor things. One bedside lamp didn't have a light bulb in at all. Not a big deal in this case. The second one is the exhaust fan that all ACT hotel bathrooms must have in the ceiling if there is no external window. It was comparable to the noise of a Cessna aircraft. While you have a shower it's not an issue. But while sitting on the toilet or using the sink it is that bad that I'd rather turn the damn light off. Not practical on the toilet while sharing the room but gee I wanted to.

Beds were comfortable, a small table to eat at, a comfy lounge, smallish bathroom was fine for our purposes too. Rooms were clean, of a sufficient size and the reception staff were their usual happy and helpful selves.
