The room was clean. But the facility is getting tired. It is an older room not sure if others have been updated. Mattresses are soft and the lighting is dim. And I can’t understand why the walls are painted brown. The TV is quite old and the kids complained that it didn’t compare to other entertainment at other hotels. Nothing major to point out. I would still return for another stay.

Our only dissatisfaction were the fitted sheets not staying on the mattress as they seemed to be a bit small for the mattress. I can only imagine the frustration that the maids have been going through in making the bed. It is a tight fit and does not want to stay on the mattress. We tipped our maid well to help out with what I can imagine as being such a challenge for every room they make beds in.

A bit overpriced.

Great location (being outside of town, you miss the crowds, and you are closer to Grand Teton National Park). Room and bed were comfy and clean. The front desk staff were great.

Very simple basic furniture and rooms. We were three in a room so was a bit crowded.

Great location close to airport and into town. No noise, even though close to main road. Free apples, granola bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Is there such thing as a decent place for a decent price in JH? Had we stayed more than one night we would have opted for a location with more amenities.

It was clean, and out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area if you don’t want to be in the middle of it all, but close enough to it all to enjoy with a quick drive. We were only there one night.

The room prices seems fluctuate a lot. We booked one month in advance and learned it was actually about the same price to book on spot and some days can be cheaper. They have a price sheet on the wall showing $100/ day stay for a 7 days booking. Not sure how updated it is but It does make me feeling like overly paid.

Room is a typical room in the area, so don't expect a standard 4-star experience here but it does the job. Location is great if you are going to Grand Teton or Ski in winter. Jackson Hole is 1 miles away, a very cute resort town got everything you need and cool restaurants. Staff made extra effort to clean the room. It is a highlight of this hotel. Front desk is extremely helpful, warm. They accommodated a few requests we made. Big shout out to all the staff!

We stayed on bottom floor. Floor above us was loud when guests walked. Heard alot of outside noise being so close to main road. Shower head was so slow you could barely get shampoo out of your hair.

Our only small complaint was that the heater only worked on the high setting, and the low setting did not work. Not a big deal and could easily be fixed. My husband thought the tub was a bit slippery, but I didn't have any issues with it.

The location was great: a little north of Jackson and not far from the airport or the national park. The room was clean and housekeeping was great. The bed was also comfortable, and the room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker which were perfect for our needs. All in all, a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Given Jackson is so expensive Flat Creek Inn is a good value for money proposition when visiting the Tetons. It was clean, tidy and staff were helpful.
