    No complaints.

The property is very comfortable. The room we had was quiet, very clean and cozy. It’s right near Zion visitor center both by tram and walking. Plus there’s a few places to eat nearby. We enjoyed it. We stayed two nights and only wish it was longer because of the peace and quiet.

Cleanliness of the rooms, the rooms were beautiful, the front desk was so helpful. I love that you can call the front desk to make a reservation for the on-site resturant. We did not eat at the resturant but everything is walking distance shops, coffee, restaurants and the zion visitors center. The town is very family oriented. I loved it. I will be back to this location with my family.

Walkable location to Zion Shuttles and visitor center! Room was quiet, clean and cozy. Local products offered in room were a nice perk - shampoo, soap and snack. Nothing sophisticated but definitely comfortable. Outdoor swimming pool, hot tub area was nicely situated and the aesthetic was pleasing. Property offers a short hike/walk to a scenic view.

Bed too soft. The variety of appliances and faucets were confusing to operate. Took a long time to get cool water

The location. The condo layout and decor. Full of thoughtful supplies.

Our only hiccup was an extra bed. We had our two older sons traveling with us and requested an extra bed. We were told we couldn't have one because our room was on the second floor. We managed, but it would have been nice to have the extra bed. Also be prepared to pay for the location and setting.

We loved the spacious rooms and the location. I sat on out on our balcony each morning and had a beautiful view! We were able to walk a short distance to the entrance of Zion, but we could have also ridden the Springdale shuttle which was very convenient to our resort also. The Spotted Dog was probably one of the best meals we had while in the area! The pool area was very nice also. We had spa appointments while visiting and enjoyed them immensely. The staff was very kind. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fab location for Zion. Room was really large and beds were comfortable! Rooms are like lodges so you have a space to sit outside and admire the incredible view! Lovely swimming pool too. Laundry is free which is really helpful. Great stay overall.

Our room was a bit small and there was no in-room refrigerator that we could locate.

Location was excellent, close to Zion National Park, central to many restaurants, shops and shuttle bus stop. The rooms were well maintained, quiet and comfortable. On certain evenings, they had different activities to attend. Reception area was large and had coffee, tea and fresh water for guests.

The only slight inconvenience was that parking tended to get tight during the dinner rush, but this was never a major problem for us.

Not only is Flanigan's located within walking distance of the entrance to Zion, the grounds are also wonderful. I loved the short hike up the hill in back, which led to their peaceful hilltop labrinth with great views of Zion Canyon. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate dinner at their restaurant, Spotted Dog, which was delicious, plus we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio. I'd definitely stay here again!

2nd floor view was wonderful, also no stairs to reach that level. Forte tea. Short hike to reach scenic point. Sound proof room. Garden sounds soothing. Shuttle stop 3 to Zion super convenient. Quick walk to many great eateries.

Make sure you buy your alcohol before you come because they only sell in the liquor stores and sometimes it’s hard to find in the state of Utah.

We like the location. You can walk to the visitor center to start the shuttle service. Also you can rent e-bikes for the park in walking distance. The restaurant was only open for dinner but the ravioli was excellent. Order wine instead of cocktails because they don’t know how.

Pool loungers are often ‘booked’ in advance - there aren’t many of them so it’s not right that people can leave a towel and disappear for hours. Also, the surface round the pool gets unbearably hot and the bars leading into the pool are too hot to touch

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and a great pool. Super convenient location
