Stayed in tower 2. needs updated entering building and hallways have a bad smell . Paint is very dark , hallways need to be painted a lighter color and rugs cleaned

Pool needed cleaned more often. Sliding glass door handle was broken, and replaced with a small slither of metal, which made it hard to open and close door. Very small TV. No coffee pot. House keeping did not clean daily. I had to request new towels and replacement TP.

Good location, ocean view room, second floor. Very nice. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Carpet floors.

Our slide keys would not work tried several times, they reprogrammed them, they still didnt work. We had to end up using a regular key to get into our room! We only had 1 key to access our room. Would have been nice to have 2.

There was no bfast at Flamingo, but they did have cups for good coffee in the office for the customers!

No screen door to the balcony, or plastic liner to the shower.

The rooms were partial updated. However there was no screen door to the balcony so flies got in the room a lot. Mike the front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating to any requests I had. Only annoying issue was they decided to paint the pool deck. Which caused one day of pool to be closed. I feel that should have been done prior to the start of summer season.

The place was old and run down. Though everything was clean and in working order. Since I spent so much time on the balcony. There were many times I smelled Marijuana.

The room was alittle run down and old. But the room was clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Didn't have enough towels to start with and asked for more and towels were promptly brought to our room. Also next morning house keeping even asked if we had enough towels. Very friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely stay again

For some reason I had to look behind the chest to discover that the TV was unplugged. Once I plugged it in, it worked very well. The bed was a little hard for me.

Location is excellent. I could see the ocean from my balcony, just a couple of hundred feet away. The bed was a queen. The furniture, bathroom, and balcony table and chairs were very good quality. The microwave and refrigerator worked very well. The fridge had a freezer; making it easy to chill my wine. The five story motel had an excellent elevator. I would stay there again, especially with it's excellent shoulder season rates. :)

The outdoor pool needs updated badly. The whole area needs resurfaced. There were no umbrellas for the tables, which is a pretty standard need for an outdoor pool. Our experience would have been 10 times better if the pool was in better condition

Some of the cleaning staff were not friendly. They bumped into me on two different times, but didn't have the decency to say, sorry or excuse me.My room was not cleaned the whole time I was there. I had to ask for supplies for the room. Such as, towels, trash bags, wash clothes. The office staff was very friendly. The outlets were hardly working. Whenever you plugged the charger in, it fell right back out. The air conditioner was hardly putting out any cold air and I had it to the lowest degree you could put it. The one light on the wall did not even have a switch to turn it on.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all; I had trouble sleeping. The room itself could have used some updating as well. It would have been nice to have a plug on top of the nightstand for convenience.

I liked the location, walking distance to the beach, view of the beach from the balcony was pleasurable.
