The room didn’t seem finished, didn’t seem cleaned recently

I thought it could have been some cleaner. Found a couple of things when first arriving and entering the room that could have been cleaned a little better. Also wish the pool area was bigger and cleaner. Pool water was lukewarm. Also an outdoor instead of indoor would be great.

Loved the location, within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Affordable for families. Can’t say enough about the view absolutely amazing.

The outside of the building was run down and dirty. The elevator looked to be under construction or falling apart. But it did work.

Its under construction so during the day if you was in the room you could hear them working non stop. You couldnt rest during the day. The indoor pool was to cold to swim in.

We liked the room. It was definitely roomy. It was in a good location, close to the island and many attractions, walking distance even.

Lots of construction and seemed dirty. Couldn't get hot eater in the shower at 1st and then was told you had to turn opposite of what you should have. The room was ok but could tell was just thrown together the tables/stands were just propped up on something. It didn't look well put together. The middle area had no fan so when you closed the doors between areas the middle section was extremely warm. My Daughter also ended up with several bug bites.. not sure if they were bed bugs

Loved the location and the fact that there were options for rooms.with 3 beds. This made it nice to only have to pay for one room for a larger family. The price was excellent.

Management and staff were rude. There was remodeling going on while we were there that made parking difficult. The indoor pool was freezing cold. And the floors, even though they were hardwood, were nasty and hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Back bedroom did not have air conditioner, so it would get warm in the room. Toilet seat kept sliding off, you had to hang on and hope you did not fall off. Found 2 vapes in back bedroom. Outlet did not work at sink. Sink only had hot water no cold water.

Housekeeping was overly annoying & rude. The first morning of our stay a staff member came inside while we were getting ready, since i was in the bathroom & had not heard knocks. Kids wont open door. He apologized, It was fine. He aaid he was checking rooms coz of complaints about house keeping staff. We had not ask for housekeeping. So. Onissues with us. But the last day was my issue. So starting at 9:30ish maybe, house keeping started knocking wanting us to check out. Came back 8x between then & 11am being rude. The older (english wasn’t great) Lady told me i was her last room on the floor. I said im sorry, we have til 11 to check out tho. (Check in is at 4pm, thats a big gap) lastly, 10 min until check out a man holding a broom said “check out now”, with a very scary/ mad look on his face & held the door open on us. Held it The entire time until we left the room. I understand check out times. I paid alot for these rooms. Idk if he thought i was trying to move in? Gonna live there forever… hates his job? But we have a time to be out. And technically 9,10,10:30 isnt it. No reason he had to be like that to me. And should not of had to experience how that man mad me feel. He seemed, a bit deranged. In fact all i was doing was cleaning myself. They had little to do besides wipe down, sweep mop, change linings & sanitizing. And my final sweep to make sure everything was how we came & the small kids had not left anything behind. Im still honestly very upset with that man. Never in my life have I had staff treat me like that. And ive stayed at this place for many years. And have many many people there.

Been here many times and most everything was what I expected. Its not ridiculously priced. Not over the top snazzy. Convenient location. My kids like it here, we’ve stayed here many times since they were little. Nostalgic for us. A place to bath, indoor pool for kids, and just a place to rest. Perfect for us.

The floors were dirty black, ask for them to clean, they didn't until the next day. Ashtray on balcony was full of cigarettes stayed that way. Windows so dirty couldn't see out. Had to ask for a pot and buy silverware no pans and it had kitchenette.

The staff was not friendly at all. The pool was freezing and had nowhere to sit, or put your towels except for the wet floor. The light didn't work in the second room,and the shower had bugs in it.

Cleanliness of overall facilty. Hallways, elevators were not very clean. Room was decently clean.

Room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t clean. Fan and ceiling had dust . Finger prints on walls. Computer chair was broken and missing arm. One light for bed was missing the cover. Previous guest must of had pet that chewed the molding and left paw prints on walls.

The bedroom in the back was really hot and the shower is very slick. I slipped getting in and cut my leg and hit my back on the toilet which is now very bruised & might have to go to the doctor when it opens tomorrow.

The staff was u friendly and when checking in the lady said I owed more money when I didn't bc I booked with booking. The pool was too small and always crowded, someones kid threw up in it, so it was closed for 2 days. There was construction all over.
