The staff was unresponsive. I stood at the desk multiple times for minutes while the staff ignored me. The breakfast was a joke. Microwave sandwiches in a bag? The room was disgusting. We didn't use the AC for fear of respiratory distress as it was coated in dust and mold...clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned and neither had the toilet, TV, bathroom fan, the desk, nightstand or chairs. Stained draperies, towels, and walls rounded out the lack of housekeeping.

The location is good. That was the only positive.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the room I Reserved was not available. The pill out couch was dirty and stained, had no extra sheets or pillows. They overcharged my stay. The price was not the same as I had booked.

Very clean, everything in our room worked, helpful, pleasant staff. TV was easy to operate which is normally not the case, the same with the Wi-Fi.

We arrived a little early for check in, but the clerk went upstairs to find a cleaned room for us. She went above and beyond to accommodate us.

No Kleenex in bathroom. No hot water Closet door broken. Lamp beside bed did not work. Person at front desk when we checked out barely spoke. Very disappointed with this Marriott and will not stay here again.

Staff called me in my room about an hour before checkout (12:00p listed on the booking.com site and the hotel door) letting me know check out was at 11a. And when I told them I thought it was 12:00p, they argued with me about it.

Breakfast was lacking but personnel said they had not been able to get deliveries. They were very nice and very helpful.

Front desk guy, Ray, was terrific. We had been on the road all day and he made everything easier. He gave us delivery menus so we didn’t have to go back out!

The staff did not clean the rooms and when they did it was horribly done. Never cleaned the shower or vacuumed the carpets. Took the linens out of the room but never replaced them. We had to ask for them daily. At almost $200 per night this service was subpar. I have never seen a hotel bed made as horribly as this. I took pictures.

Mold in shower and on shower curtain. Made whole room have damp odor— went n bought an air freshener. Lack of Friendliness of front staff. Says continental breakfast—you get a bag with apple, yogurt , orange juice, sausage biscuit—-EVERY MORNING!! No variety. Free WiFi but never stayed on. Continuous problems with tv. Left vacation early because of issues.

When we went up to the room that was assigned to us IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED YET. Went downstairs and got another room assigned. That one had no towels and the coffee pot was not cleaned. Back downstairs again…the girl at the desk was very nice and apologetic. The carpet between the bed and nightstand had not been vacuumed. Looked like a child’s toy or candy or something was on the carpet.

The bag breakfast was terrible, the internet tv (HBO) signal was terrible. The movie would pause continuously and eventually quit. Staff was alright but not especially friendly. Dampness on the carpet next to the refrigerator. Over priced for what you got.

The exercise room was adequate for my needs.

My room was only cleaned once the whole week I stayed. A light was broken in the room. The refrigerator was leaking. When I requested for towels and wash cloth only received 2 when 4 people was in my room.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. The TV welcomed me with my name on it. I was given 2 keys to the room. I was given the option to pick the floor I wanted to be on but I told them it didn't matter.

The service. On one day someone drank most of a unopened bottle of Pepsi that was in the refrigerator and left the bottle cap just sitting on the top. On another occasion there was no towels, didn't make the bed nor vacuum the floor. While checking out they tried to charge me more money. There was a graduation and they gave my room away before I checked in.
