We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt was outdated. Way out dated. TV was awful for selection and quality, AC unit was not efficient, breakfast was mediocre, coffee is instant coffee, the bathroom had no vent and the lighting was terrible. One light flickered constantly.
The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The couch was comfy, the refrigerator worked (didn't try the other appliances). The shower had good water pressure and consistent water temperature.

United States of America- Slow elevators - The AC in the queen suite was not great. A tiny vent sent ac to the living room area from the split unit. Had to keep the door open between rooms or the room for too hot. - had to request a new room bc the AC was leaking in the first room and the carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. - eggs at breakfast were too wet

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact we only had 2 or 3 channels to choose from on the television. That was definitely an issue having a younger child in the room. I also have an issue with $50 that was said to be added for damages(which there was none) then returned. In the end my bill went from 122 & change to 172. The fee was not returned it appears it was just added in as the price of the room.
The breakfast was decent the area was convenient and clean! I have no complaints about the breakfast. I always appreciate making my own waffle!!!

As of the review I am still not checked in (I waited more than 30 minutes). The staff gave u and gave me a key due to the hour of night and assistance was not forthcoming
