The property isn't well kept and surrounded by noisy businesses. The beds were creaky and not very big. I don't blame the hotel for it but they lost power and hot water during our stay

It's a bit outdated, and the walls feel thin, but it's clean so I don't mind the former.

It was a generally simple, no thrills hotel. It's located near an Olde World food market, McD's, convenient store, and diner. Easy access to the bridge to visit Sleepy Hollow, and also the main road into Nyack. Everyone was nice. The breakfast is simple but includes a waffle maker and bassist sandwiches to heat up, so it's a year now than the bare minimum.

The signage is difficult to see from the road and the exterior needs a little sprucing up but other than that we had an excellent time.

The location was amazing. Less than a mile from downtown Nyack. It was a $10 ride share to all the bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely market across the street.

I was a little surprised by the location. Someone upstairs was walking hours around and made it very difficult to sleep. Not the hotels fault though.

It was clean and well maintained. Not bad for a one night stay. The man at the front desk was nice.

The accommodation wasn't flash, but it's not trying to be, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. For the price I thought it was great. Friendly front staff, very clean rooms, room was quiet, good wifi, plenty of parking, felt safe round the place. The breakfast was ok, given it was included in the price - waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, muffins, toast and coffee. I stayed for 5 nights and after a few days I was getting a bit bored with it but no complaints. Handy location for the things I needed to do and right by I287 and the Mario Cuomo Bridge. The main center of Nyack is about a 10min walk. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

Had to have them change the sheets because it was stains on the sheets and it was hair in the shower so I brought some bleach spray on my own.

The bed was comfortable, and it was clean but couldn't been better.

Hotel is a bit dated, however was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast every morning.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Coffee was weak and food selections were mostly processed foods. Molding near bathroom was broken.

There was a good food market across the street in which we bought a quick dinner. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The smell when you first walked in was absolutely terrible. I almost walked out. It smelled like a mix of marijuana and cleaning solution. It was hard not to gag while checking in. Thankfully the rooms did not smell like that or we would have had to leave. For the price we paid I expected better but since this was an overnight stay on our way to our final destination, we didn't make a fuss.

The room's air conditioning worked great! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very basic but not bad. My son enjoyed the waffles.

The hotel is very out dated, and the included breakfast left a lot to be desired. (Not the hotel’s fault and certainly did not impact reviews…but the gas station right next door was more then $1.00 more than other locations we saw on the road).

The room did what it was supposed to for our trip- a place to sleep while road tripping. The staff was great and accommodating when we arrived super late.

Overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals throughout. Breakfast restocking was poor- customers had to keep asking for things to be restocked because they had run out- coffee, forks, yoghurt etc. Beds were small but comfortable

Moreso about the room, it seems to have a dampness problem that caused our floors to somehow seep. This was already a thing before we even slept at the place. This made showering a no go for me as i didnt want the dampness to stay trapped. We hope that this wont be a continuous thing as i do worry if that is the case. Fyi: no black mold and a squeaky clean bathroom!

Its easily acessible and looks rather cozy. Good was nice for beeakfast, and the workers were quite kind. I really enjoyed the pillows. Due to my chronic neck and shoulder pains i was able to rest better than usual with them!

The entire hotel smells like deodorizer and while the rooms are remodeled, cheap materials were used.

It was one of the cheapest options in the area and the free parking. The staff was nice.

Looks a little rough on the outside, but even though it's a bit dated, it's clean and comfortable where it counts, in the rooms. Decent breakfast, good value. Bonus: just a quick hop to the Taco Boys Restaurant. Excellent authentic take out Mexican!
