There is (or was) NO LAMP in the room. I have never stayed in a room with NO lamp. You don't realize how much you miss a lamp until you don't have one and must turn on the ceiling light. Additionally, the staff wants to inspect your room an hour before checkout. WTF???

Kitchen in unit is the only real positive.

There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, ice bucket, cups, etc in the room. It seems like the room was half cleaned. No trash bags in the trash can. The phone didn’t work.

The entire building. Throw it all away. They left 2 towels when specifically stated 2 adults, 2 children. The walls are made out of cardboard. People partying all night into the next day in the parking lot. Smells like weed and cigarette in the room, yet they had the audacity to say no vaping in the room. This motel is worth $25.39 a night. Never staying at any Extended Stays ever again that's for sure.

Bed was small looks like a jail bed. They had roaches crawling around in the room. Elevator smelled bad !! only had 1 little towel to bath with. Bed frame was full of dust look like mold for a second.

The hotel was infested with roaches. Some guest got to fighting. Well I was up anyway because of all the roaches. The attendant did change our room but still after she sprayed the room they started coming out from the walls, tv, tables and ac. Good thing it was too late to leave. They were supposed to give us a discount but didn’t. We were supposed to stay 2 night but left as soon as we could leave to go to our event the next morning. Worst experience ever. They were even in the elevator

There was roaches, sheets were stained, outlets didn’t work, elevator didn’t work and the staff’s response to asking for a lower level room was “if you don’t like it then you can check out and stay somewhere else”, there was a drug addict that frequently sneaks into the property and solicited. There was a huge (from the first floor up to the third) gas leak the day we checked out but the staff was not concerned with it at all.

Work truck was robbed in parking lot with over 3000 in tools stolen and received no help with it from facility.

Price was good for the most part except being charged 100 for deposit which shouldn't have been charged then couldn't stay because only had cash.

There was a mandatory separate deposit allegedly required to complete the reservation (they want you to accept their word that the room has no damage and doesn't smell of smoke and then they inspect it after you leave and again you have to trust them to do an inspection and a "smell for smoking" assessment where they decide whether or not to charge you the deposit or even more; however, the manager refused to do the inspection with me present upon check out) this all reeks of a way to scam people with charges for alleged damages to a somewhat rundown motel. The night clerk did go with me to inspect the room and she said the manager would inspect the room in the morning when I was ready to check out and give me a paper receipt showing the deposit charges were returned before I left, but the manager in the morning had a childish and petty attitude about the whole thing and refused to do what the night clerk had said he would do. He was rude and condescending and although I gave him many chances to do what the night clerk said would happen, he continued to refuse and stated he would do the inspection two hours later and email me a receipt at that time if charges were reversed. The room was on the same level as the office and maybe three doors down the hall. It would have taken less than a minute to walk down there and back. He never emailed me anything and it's been four days now. I didn't ask for anything that wasn't explained to me by the night clerk that would happen the next morning. He was by far the least professional, most petty and childish motel employee I've encountered in the last forty years. I am so glad I wasn't having a genuine crisis and depending on him to do the right thing. Not sure what his motivations were for his behavior. I could only speculate what kind of prejudices or hate might have caused the behavior, so I won't guess. But the attitude started before I spoke a single word and got worse from there.

Relatively convenient to the highway. Room was decent size. Night clerk was nice and informative.
