Could have more food choices in the restaurant and be open for dinner for guests who stay on Sunday nights. Next time I will request to not not be at the pool and jacuzzi area..I would like to be on the 3rd floor to avoid walking over my head.

Freeway noise. But couldn't be helped the convenient location to Freeway and colleseum met our needs for this trip.

We stayed in a suite on the third floor. The room was very nice and the view of the water was even better, HOWEVER, the shower was absolutely ridiculous! It was like turning on a monsoon! When I turned the shower on it wet up my clothes AND water went all over the bathroom floor because there was no shower door to stop the water from spraying all over the place. there is a partial shower door that really serves no purpose other than aesthetics! Learn from our experience and prepare to get VERY wet turning on the shower. You might as well put towels all over the floor first. Unfortunately the shower is shared with the toilet , so if you have to use the toilet everything is wet. Other than having to wear a swimsuit to turn the monsoon on lol 😂 it was a very pleasant stay.

I strongly recomend to stay at Ocean side room. I stayed by myself one time at Highway side,and it was sooo noisy so I couldn't sleep well.

They have a nice'n warm jaccuzi and location is right next ocean.

we drove a couple blocks to get food and ended going right back to the hotel and ordered door dash as the area where the restaurant was felt very unsafe with a lot of homeless

Facial tissue is more paper than tissue, and because we had to spend some time in the room, I wish the television offerings were not 95% informercials with a few ancient sitcom re-runs; would have appreciated ability to watch Netflix (with own account) or anything else. Otherwise all was well.

Location, quiet, comfort, dinner in the lounge, bed comfortable, as a place to eat, sleep and go it’s great. I will return.

we paid for a parking permit and when we arrived back late Saturday night the lot was completely full. we alerted them and they told us to keep our permit for the next night but we wouldn't be charged, which was appreciated. we barely found a close spot on the street. Also the shower in the room was an odd design, half glass wall so floor always got wet

Breakfast could have been more diverse (No bread options except already prepared egg and ham/sausage sandwiches with a sticky texture)

Nice hotel, in a safe location for Oakland standards, spacious bay view rooms, helpful staff, full bar with reasonable pricing, everything clean as expected for the price. A good alternative if you want to visit SF and are want to safe up.

The hallways were a little dirty with cobwebs in the windows. The location is a little close to the highway- definitely get a water view room if you can.

Rooms right on the water have a gorgeous view. Much quieter than on the highway side. Decks are a very nice touch.After our door lock didn't work-- and 3 trips up and down the stairs to try to get a working key-- they upgraded our room without us even asking. They were very pleasant about it all.

No Double glazed windows and being road facing with a motorway right across there was a lot of road noise. something for the hotel to consider and upgrade

Room was clean and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast had a few options but was repetitive for all the days i stayed at the hotel. It was good enough for my needs. I had the road facing room so cant comment on the view from room but in general the other side view was better as it was lake facing

our room was on the city/street side and the freeway was noisy, but that to be expected.

The waterfront side was so lovely to have a drink and watch the sunset.
