Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe thought the "included breakfast" was very meager. Just toast or a very dry croissant? Could have at least included some fruit. The regular breakfast menu was pretty expensive. Next time we would go somewhere else for breakfast.
The location for us was very good. We could walk to everything. Our room was small but very cozy and had everything we needed.

Loved the fresh breakfast, friendly staff. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier Which made a huge difference for us. We brought our puppy and they were accommodating and even gave the puppy a dog biscuit. Convenient location to downtown. I would recommend this place.

United StatesThe hotel does not have parking on sister so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. However, we were very pleased that we did not have an expensive parking fee every night.
We celebrated our 25th Anniversary with at Enchante and it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff is beyond excellent. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and courteous. They were extremely quick to respond to our request and so pleasant with service at meals and check in. We had the pleasure of casual conversation with several staff members and they were delightful. We can’t wait to come back.

QatarThis boutique hotel offers old world charm in one of the prettiest towns of Silicon Valley. Well situated on Los Altos Main Street, it is also a short walk from the beautiful Redwood Preserve park and nature trail. The staff — especially Carla and Christian — are very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary glass of wine and cheese plate served daily is a nice added touch.

Breakfast came with the room. Because I was staying in the Suite, I think they up-graded us to the full regular breakfast rather than the basic breakfast. I had delicious french toast covered in fresh fruit and my wife the vegetarian omelette. The night before was Valentine's Day. Usually restaurants are packed and rush you through on prix fixé menus... no such thing here...peaceful and quiet. There was a special Valentine's dinner, but we could also order off the regular menu. Even with wine, dessert, appetizers the total was mid-hundred. I also didn't mention the complimentary wine they offered me when I first arrived along with complementary cheese plate in the afternoon. The room was the up-graded suite...it is larger than 2 regular rooms and goes across the whole front end of the hotel. With double pane windows, the room was silent. There was a fire-place, 2 TV's, refrigerator, Kuerig machine...the sheets were extremely high count and silky. My wife had a zoom meeting and they let her stay to finish in the suite an extra hour...
