I stayed 4 nights, no room clean in all days . I need to search for room service in a floor to have what I need. I was searching for clean towels if I need new, personal talk rude. Just one guy was nice to me. Poor communication, I’m disappointed.

The Air Conditionner in my room was old fashion dial know which the maximum was the same as minimum therefore did not have real AC during my stay. The nights were very hot and couldn't get a full night sleep.

One of the elevators wasn’t working. Also, in my room there was a dirty brown spot on the wall that was poorly drywalled. It looked gross.

The breakfast was good and had variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk guy Roman kept bothering us with text messages. When my husband ask him for towels for the pool he never sent them over. Also, upon checking in he was so quick to tell us how much the parking cost. Billed us but failed to provide us with the key card to get in and out during our stay. Overall we want be staying here again.

The tub water faucet leaked the whole time, and the maid didn't shut my door, so when I returned, it just needed to be pushed open. Luckily, nothing was gone, and I never leave valuable stuff at any hotel I stay at

The size of the room and the breakfast, especially having kids, and they let me pay for an early check-in, which was great after driving 11 hours

What didn't I like? I don't like the fact that the embassy suites out of all of the big heavy hitters that are on the same property they have the worst access to the worst parking lot. Embassy suites definitely does not have the same quality control staff that they once had 20 years ago

What did I like? I'd like the afternoon bellhop who took care of my bags and older gentleman and I think by the name of Glen I'm pretty sure great guy excellent company guy the front staff was excellent I've stayed in NBC suites everywhere and this was very dirty everywhere you look good I don't know if deep clean can clean it or not

Check in is at 4:00 PM. Couldn't check in until 5:30 because there were not clean rooms available. Ice machine on the floor was out of order. Had to go to the first floor.

Outside the room there was bags of trash that guests leave after they eat their food, right Outside our room was a pile of dirty plates that started to stink and nobody pick them up through out the day we left the next day and they were still there.

Great location, good breakfast and bed was really comfortable.

A women at the front desk was rude to another party of ours she could’ve reacted differently in a kindly manner with the situation they were having. Wasn’t really helpful either she wasn’t suggesting any resolution to the problem that they had. The restrooms to our room was a bit dirty when we entered but everything after all was good we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. We hope on going back soon!

We all liked the breakfast and the view to the city from our balcony. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful except for one individual who wasn’t as helpful to another party of ours. Overall the experience at that hotel was good.

Hot tub wasn't working, they didn't provide us with enough towels, we couldn't even used our free drinks on happy hour due to short stuffed in the restaurant they have to closed the second night of our stay and the bathtub was leaking water 24 hours a day! Is a nice hotel, I hope management take care of all this issues and definitely would be a great and pleasant place to stay.

So much of the hotel was outdated and a lot of outlets and things were not working in our room, like lights and fridge and phones. Seemed to be a lot of maintenance needed around the hotel and they were cutting corners to save money. Also there were groups with teens/teams in the hotel that were extremely rowdy and disrespectful to other hotel guests

Our bathroom was in need of help. The tub was peeling, wall paper was peeling, the toilet handle had not been previously fixed properly. And some of the elevators were out of order.

The location was great. Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and clean.

Rooms were very old & need to be renovated. Elevators were slow or broken, ice machines all broken except for one. They should leave the soda fountain open to use all day, not just during breakfast hours.

The staff were very friendly. Especially the people working at the valet booth.

The gate for the front parking lot didnt work, although I paid for overnight parking, I still had to pay to exit the premises. Mobile key never worked despite constant communication with the front desk. Room had a variety of misses in upkeep and random cleanliness. There were holes in the wall, looked like it was a maintenance issue.

Easy location to find. Somewhat clean, but needs some TLC/cleaning and repair. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Quiet despite being fully booked for the weekend.

The light switch at the door didn't work and it smelled musty /cigarets. Had to switch rooms and that light switch didn't work either. So we just turned on a light and left it on. Toilet leaked in AM but was taken care of quickly. Furniture out dated, bathroom small and dark.

Loved the staff, common area wonderful, breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Loud in the morning. You could hear them moving tables and getting ready for breakfast. Woke us up every morning. The pull out sofa was horrible felt every spring.

I liked the location and room had lots of space. Staff was really nice.
