I had 2 concerts one in Denver and the other at the Blue Arena. This hotel was closest to the last one this enabling me to leave early Monday to go back home

Having separate rooms is always a plus as my husband and I have different wake up times.

No jacuzzi, during managers reception, they ran out of hot appetizers and we gave up waiting for more. French toast in the morning was hard (stale.) Traffic noise from interstate was loud.

Good size rooms. Very good cooked to order omelets and fruit. Comfortable beds.

Very unhappy with the parking fee. I was not warned and there is no free parking near. I believe when you rent a Premium Suite your parking should be included!

Paying for parking is ridiculously expensive. We had two cars for two nights making the overall cost of the place be a huge disappointment. I find this same complaint about this place all over the internet. Its not as if the hotel is downtown where parking is an issue. This is probably the reason we will not stay here again.

Everything place is great and so was breakfast and the staff. Breakfast made to order is a HUGE PLUS and one of the main reasons we stay.

All was great.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Air conditioning was quiet and maintained a consistent temperature. Elevators were quick. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

IMO - overnight parking should be included for overnight guests at the hotel, whether it's providing the license plate as part of the registration, or some kind of receipt to place on dashboard. Paying for parking on top the expense for the room seems excessive. Both room keys stopped working on the morning of our checkout (before the checkout time). My partner took things to the car while I was showering and was unable to get back up to the room, and then managed to catch a ride on the elevator to our floor, but couldn't get the door to open. So he went back down to the lobby to wait for me. I tested my key prior to leaving the room (at 8AM), and noticed that it too was flashing yellow rather than a steady green indicating it was successfully unlocking the room (and elevator). When I mentioned it at the front desk upon checkout, both young ladies looked confused but didn't seem overly concerned about it nor did they offer a cursory "our apologies for your inconvenience."

Staff that checked me in was friendly, funny, and accommodated my request to check in early with no grief. The breakfast buffet had lots of options (but some selections that should be kept warm/hot were not). The room was very clean and we had an amazing mountain view. Bed was very comfortable. TV had several streaming options to pick from (need to add Amazon Prime Video), as well as live TV. And their system made it very easy to sign out of streaming accounts all in one place.

Our room was right next to the air conditioning units, and it was a bit loud. It didn't keep us from sleeping, though.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We Loved the blackout curtains. Breakfast was amazing. There were a variety of options to choose from. The chefs made egg omelets and pancakes "made to order." There were fresh fruit as well.
