We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing I could mention that was a bummer to me and my family was the view. We stayed in room 1003 and when my twins looked outside the window to oversee downtown FW they saw the inside of the square building. That was a huge disappointment to them.
From the minute we got there we felt welcomed especially considering I was a bit of a mess getting my luggage and kids and life together. Breakfast was AMAZING! Didn’t disappoint my two year old. In the evening we went down to the 7th floor for an evening snack and that too was very enjoyable.

United StatesThe only problem was that our second night, there were guest in the room above us it sounded like they had little kids that kept running back and forth the length of the room, sounded like they were jumping off items to the floor, also. This was from 9:45-11:15 p.m. Very, very minor… our room was missing a hairdryer so I called the front desk to see if I could get one, and they sent someone up with a brand new one within 15 minutes.
Breakfast was awesome! Guest reception every evening was awesome! First night (Monday) was very quiet! Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. Very clean Facility.

United StatesWe were very disappointed with the swimming situation. Apparently it was possibly something un preventable, but we had only a very short stay so we were quite excited about the pool hours being open from 6 am - 10 pm. However, pool was closed the entire morning today (Monday) & we had to leave. We asked & were given a late checkout time of 1:00pm, but the pool was still closed at noon. We went ahead & checked out instead of ‘wasting more time.’ I politely asked for a discount because of the situation & that was given, so I appreciated that. Still very disappointed at not having access to the pool.
Facilities were very nice. Staff was very polite & helpful.

I loved everything about this hotel other than all the bad looks from all the folks there. I'm not the one to say this but I've never been looked down on quite as much as I did there. Yes it happened to me for the first time in DFW area. It was the white folks. And I hate saying that because I love all people but they weren't loving the fact that I was staying there. Just about all the white guests were giving me and my little family bad looks. We felt uncomfortable when we went for the complementary drinks and appetizers they all were staring at us like what are you doing here. They made us feel so low and uncomfortable that we were only there for 15 mins. The energy felt so off that we just left. Love the whole hotel, and the staff was amazing. Just never been in an environment where people make you feel like you're not supposed to be there. And it freaked us out a bit. I was there with my wife and 4 kids. We were dressed properly and we are very nice and were very nice to everyone there regardless of the bad looks. But everything else was excellent. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

United StatesI didn't like that bookings.com didn't communicate with me regarding the power outage that was scheduled during my stay. I had to cut my stay at the hotel short and would like to get a discount for my next stay if possible.
We loved the place. It was nice and clean. They had my name on the front as I was the guest of the day. It was nice. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.
