From the photos of the outside of the building, I did not think of this location as being the corner of a city block. It seemed to be outside with space and land.

This was a great place to stay and the resturant with outstanding. I can not think of anymore that they could have done to make me more happy about the room or the resturant.

The breakfast, very sad, it is separate from the Hotel , so that can be the problem, The staff was not motivated, very grumpy! and not doing they supposed to be doing , I have talked to the manager about it and he knows are feelings , he credited the invoice of the breakfast , hopefully he is doing his best to motivate that people in the breakfast room

It's a nice hotel but I think it's a bit overpriced for what's offered. For this money I would expect small things that bothered me to be better. For example, room cleaning was very late in the day, no matter if I left at 7am or at noon, it was never cleaned/made-up until after 2 or 3pm. The tea in the room was never replenished even though I used it up the first day. The (hard working) valet was understaffed in the mornings at check-out when there was a line of 5 families with just one valet so you had to wait a long time even if you called ahead. When I asked the front desk about booking a massage, they told me to just go online and book there, the spa hours were very very limited. It's all small things and the main points like cleanliness, location room size were great, but the way the hotel is positioning themselves in terms of pricing, this should be better.

Nice spacious rooms with lots of amenities (fridge, coffee maker, etc). The balcony overlooked the city and the mountains and had beautiful lanterns at night. Very close to Santa Fe plaza, good location.

Our room was overlooking the back of the hotel...very industrial. I know you can't have every room with a view, though...when we tried to get snacks from the bar, they said they had run out due to a wedding party that came in.

Perfect location - just a block from downtown. The staff were fantastic and even gave us an umbrella to borrow since it rained. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed.

the fitness center every year seems to be more run down and the weight benches are missing pieces. several parts need to be recovered on other parts as well.

The smell of smoke in our room when the kiva fires were lit in other rooms. No response indicating receipt of text for room service.

We wanted a kiva fireplace that could be lit in September and an accommodating balcony. The room was large and had both amenities.

I stay in a lot of hotels and i think the furniture and flooring are dated. Couldn't figure out how to turn on TV...turns out you need to flip a light switch ...🤔 . The shower is awkward to turn on because the door is opposite the faucet, so you get wet while turning it on.

The pool was beautiful and had 2 hot tubs! Both were clean but very little seating unless you reserve a cabana. Himt...pool is on the second floor, so rooms on that floor have patios that can access the pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The only issue we had at all was the temperature of our room was on the warm side, even though set to 66. We kept the curtains closed until evening when it was cooler out so we wouldn't let the heat inside. It wasn't the end all, but would have been more comfortable if the room stayed a little cooler.

We loved our room on the 5th floor. It overlooked the town and was beautiful all lit up at night. The skyline and sunsets were gorgeous. The restaurant dining was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch by the pool, happy hour in the lounge with lounge bites. The green chile cheeseburger was so good!

The staff always made certain that I was comfortable. I absolutely loved the infinite pool, Jacuzzis and cabanas. The hotels 2nd floor is a one of a kind in santa fe. I have stayed there 3 times and never been disappointed.

The beds were too soft. My husband has back issues and after 3 nights, he is in pain. Wondering if we can request a firmer bed next time?

The location is great. We walked to breakfast and dinner. Shopping is good as well. And the pool, spent an entire day there!

Safe in room was not anchored to nightstand. Toilet did not flush correctly. Lighting in room was not the best. Fitness center needed updating. Some equipment had torn material. Needs fitball and foam roller and 3 lb free weights.

Location of hotel to the plaza. Pool area was great.
