There was no room chair. The desk chair back was broke. Had to lean against the wall to prevent falling over. The door safety lock was not secured properly. Loose screws.

Comfortable bed and bedding. Good TV line up. The room was clean.

Washing facilities. We heard that the washer didn’t operate correctly. We were there for work and so that was inconvenient to have to go elsewhere to wash. WiFi was also horrible.

There were very minimal options. We didn’t have a choice, so we ate what was provided. It was okay for the price of the stay.

No free breakfast, parking not great. Appeared to be broken down vehicles where my room was located. Was traveling with a 4 y.o.. no chain or other locking device higher on the door. Ended up moving objects in front of door for his safety.

Check in was a breeze. Room was a little dated, however they were updating the rooms. No Breakfast, no milk for kiddos. I factored the free breakfast into my budget only for it to not be offered.

I had two rooms. The first you could really smell the smoke in there, and the bathroom did not look to clean. The 2nd one had a jacuzzi in it..it was nice.i enjoyed that one.

Nothing that would cause great concern. My wife could not find her cell phone and I pulled out the night stand from the wall and there was a plastic bag. Maybe you will catch that when you do a deep clean of the room.

The fan over the bathtub area was broken and made loud noises and the bathroom door was broken.

The hotel easy to find and affordable. The room was a good size and bathtub was to die for.

The non-smoking room smelled like marijuana when we first walked in. The comforter's on both beds had cigarette burns on them but they were clean, as well as the sheets and the rest of bedding. The pillows were flatter than I like, luckily I brought my own. Some of the nooks and crannies in the room could have been cleaned a little better, behind/around the nightstand & bathroom mirror.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite & check in went quick & smoothly. NO BED BUGS!!! The granite around the shower was beautiful and the tub was CLEAN! We had our 1 year old and she's not too sure about staying away from home, she screamed a little when momma wasn't holding her. We still didn't get a phone call saying someone had complained(this happened to us at a different facility once.) It was a quiet place & overall was a great stay for the price. Will stay again!!
