I use to love this hotel! When I say this I mean Ive literally been going there steady for like 6 years! They've got disrespectful Jess I believe jus HORRIBLE SERVICE and an experience we’ll forget! Housekeeping, what can I say, RIGHT THEY KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR AT 9AM SHARP Y'all!!!! Never you better pray you a stay over cause Baby you better be ready to 1030 latest…. Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I mean every single time those days roll around, respectfully I would stay in the 200$ maybe hotel than stay at SUPER 8.I feel so strongly cause all the money, on tope of hoanlong I spent in that hotel!! From May 20 2024 till June 8 2024 I discovered that Sioer8 will never be safe again UNTIL NEW STAFF ALL THE WAY AROUND IS LET GO AND THEY START FROM SCRTATCH EXCEPT FOR 4 staff people the rest would get out my hotel if it was!!

Poor location, did not feel safe. It needs to be updated, it’s not clean, there is no breakfast as advertised – it’s just a 3-pack of Hostess donuts. The rooms are dingy, bathrooms have dirty tiles and scrapes in the toilets and on the toilet seeds, shower handle broken off. The room given to me was first floor next to a parking lot entry door, so I heard people coming in and out slamming that door up until 1 AM! Smells like weed upon entering lobby! Overall a disgusting establishment!

Nothing! This was a poor choice of hotels, the pictures make it look nicer than it really is.

The smell of roach spray. The mold in our A.C. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Cockroaches in the rooms, especially the bathroom. Dirty towels in our room! No breakfast like it's advertised. It's a grab and go little Debbie donuts and coffee. It's all false advertising!!! But overall, the nastiness with our room made it the worst experience ever... They really need to get to cleaning it very well and getting rid of the mold.

Too many people passing through the area but seeming not to be either employees or guests. People sitting in cars in the lot at night, just gave the property.a strange vibe.

This hotel had termites and roaches. I was extremely shocked then I went to use the restroom and three roaches appeared from behind the toilet. I later noticed termites around the bathtub. The handle on the tub fell off as I tried to turn it on and the screws in the wall holding up the blow dryer fell out as I attempted to use it. I felt uncomfortable during my stay because of the bugs. I stayed only 2 nights in sure there were other rodents present. Another issue was my key card. I had to keep getting them to fix it because I kept getting locked out of my room. Apparently this is a common issue here after speaking with staff. Was told the keys are cheaply made and deactivate frequently. Another issue was the door. I had trouble locking it and it did not close appropriately. This is a safety issue. I had a friend just walk in without using a key.

The property looked like they had painted and attempted to update some of the appliances.

Arrived at the location and the front desk agent service was very dull. When checking in, she asked for my payment because the room wasn’t paid for but it was reserved online with my card on file. The hallway itself smell like somebody smoke cigarettes in it all day and the rug look like they have dogs running throughout the hallway. The rooms are nothing like the picture and they smell old. Definitely out dated and dingy. I bought my own cleaning supplies to reclean the room and they had two lamps in there with bad lighting. Of course the next day I noticed that I was charged twice for the room before check out. Brought that to the morning agent attention and I was refunded. But the crazy thing is that they say they offer breakfast and it’s nothing but a donut and some coffee. This place is very misleading

HAVING TO PAY A 50 DOLLAR CASH ONLY DEPOSIT AT CHECK IN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD TOLD ME IN ADVANCE AS I DON’T NORMALLY TRAVEL WITH CASH!! NOW THE ADDED STRESS OF FINDING CASH IN A NEW TOWN. DEPOSIT WAS FOR SMOKING AND PETS. NONE OF WHICH I DO OR HAVE WHEN I TRAVEL. THE AC UNIT COVER WAS BROKEN AN JUST HANGING ON.. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE NOT LIKE THE LAST TIME I STAYED THERE. REST ASSURED IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME.

I was looking forward to the continental breakfast which was closed down in that area only provided coffee which I do not drink no type of apple or orange juice or milk that I would assume would be in a continental breakfast and only sugar and or powdered and chocolate mini donuts were available my guess is better than nothing
