Floor of room was dusty. My bare foot was dark of dust. When I booked my room, it included breakfast. But when I received my room. The receptionist said ño breakfast service. There is only free coffee and small donut in morning time.

Location of hotel near highway. It's a good rest 1night place for my long trip.

we did not see a breakfast option but were told that they had breakfast. We wanted to change the credit card when we got there and they said that was fine and then still proceeded to charge my card and not make the switch.

I liked the location of our room. We liked the clean room. The rate was cheap. they gave more towels when we asked for them. Coffee was provided in the mornings

No coffeemaker in room was disappointing and the free “breakfast” was prepackaged hostess mini donuts and coffee in lobby. No pool which was advertised on website. No hair conditioner or lotion which is usually standard. Air conditioning worked but didn’t get very cold, which luckily wasn’t an issue in April but could be bad in summer. They required a $50 cash deposit, which was refunded on checkout but only after the desk clerk checked the room first. Most people don’t carry much cash around so be warned. Vending machine was out of order. The room itself was nice and spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable, but the amenities were worse than expected and advertised.

Nice comfy beds, room was clean, fridge and microwave worked fine, ice machine worked, plenty of hot water. TV had cable and worked fine. WiFi was fine.

Front office Presentation was a mess, both bathrooms tubes was nasty lucky I care cleaning Supplies with me 1 room top lock was gone for Security purposes that's a must, it's a non smoking building but soon as we open the up stairs door smoke hit you dead in your face ,other tub knob was broke off.

Advertised breakfast but no breakfast available. This added quite a cost to our stay. We chose this place because it said deluxe breakfast included with stay. Store bought little Debbie size junk food available 2 days. Nothing the rest of our stay. This is false advertising and should be removed from the site.

The staff were very friendly. She made the check-in easy and quickly. Rooms very nice, bed was comfortable, The outside reflected was well groomed and lighted.

It is hard to know whats the front lobby it needs to be a sign that says front lobby the filters in the ac was so dirty and has not been cleaned in a good while I took them out and placed them so the staff could see them and that made the room cool down better it was freezing in my room their needs to be better water pressure or shower heads and it needs to be better air fresheners so the rooms have a cleaner smell. But the person who checked me in was not pleasant at all bad attitude

The only real problem was that they demanded a cash deposit of $50 up front. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, some good, some not so . I have never had to pay a cash deposit. A lot of people don't even carry cash when traveling and at the very least they should let you know when booking the room online of this ridiculous policy.

Room size was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.
