Some one in the hotel smoking weed. The hallways smelt like weed and in the morning. I can smell the weed in my room. Was not to happy about that.

It was too noisy, no continental breakfast (you had to warm up your own breakfast), the price was a bit high for what you received in this place, bathroom was too small and the hotel needs an update.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location and close to some restaurants.

The water did not drain so the water was ankle deep while showering. By 7:30am- there was two breakfast sandwiches left, no prepackaged muffins, or other options. Understand due to Covid things have changed but it would probably be just as good to discontinue the “grab and go” breakfast.

Room was very small. For 2 adults and 4 children it was cramped enough. Facilities were mini sized - sink, closet, tub and overall spacing between beds and cabinetry.

The tile in the bathroom was cracked, motel is old and could use updating. There was trash on the floor in the bathroom in the lobby and was still there when we left on the second day.

The breakfast was horrible. It was very cheap and tasteless plus they limit each guest to one item. The items were processed food in wrappers. There was a grab bag with yogart and a muffin. No fruit or cereal You have to make a reservation to use the indoor jacuzzi and they limit the amount of time you can use it. Too pricy for a half hour limit in the indoor jacuzzi

Only thing was the toilet seat was loose. The cleaning person needs to check better making sure everything is OKAY. The coffee maker also needs to be checked.

When booking, I requested to have two rooms that could be connected enabling us to go to the other room without having to go out through the corridor. There were no utility to hang the hand towels outside the bathroom which is pretty small. Breakfast was not good. Grab bags type.

first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk got us another room right away. It was tired and barely cleaned. See pathetic comment re: breakfast. We were there 3 days and EVERY DAY we had to re-program our key card.

Location was excellent for our 3 day visist with friends in Flagstaff. Breakfast was pathetic...nescafe and dixie cup fruit juices. Jimmy Dean microwave sandwich, or microwave breakfast taco...

AC in our room was so bad. Making lots of noise with very little cooling. Room was facing I-40, so horrible traffic noises thru the night. Bathroom had very poor ventilation. Curtains in the room was dilapidated and had holes in them. This hotel should be evaluated and rated down overall.

Cold breakfast. Not really worth anything. Pool and jacuzzi were good.

Breakfast “sucked” and, in fact, my husband felt ill as the day wore on. I ate half of my breakfast & dumped the rest. There was very little from which to choose. Staff were there to do there job….that’s about all.

I missed the breakfast because when I arrived it was like the locust swept the entire area, no food, just a couple of frozen disgusting hamburgers with bacon, preserved with chemicals. Booking.com is a fraud and it will be taken down eventually. Inside the room there was a little chair with an ottoman, both had a stain of some sort of black fluid that penetrated in the fabric and dried looking like huge concentric circles, tough to miss to be frank. Disgusting, I do not understand why they would not move it out of the room, I wonder if the manager or managers check the room once in a while, do a tour and inspect.... oh wait , they do not, they do not give a crap. Maybe the salary is not commensurate with their desire to go the extra mile. I will spread the word about this, As far as me going back to this place, no thank you.

The front desk clerk was sort of hot in my opinion. She was sweet too. The body cream became handy. The towels were plenty but one of them was used to clean something right before I opened it.

The staff that came knocking on our door when it was check out time. I didn’t like her attitude at all. We knew check out time was at 11am but we were waiting for our ride to pick us up and I didn’t wanna wait in the lobby with all our bags and my infant in his car seat. I just didn’t like the worker attitude at all.

I liked the TVs in the rooms because there the right size.
