I only wish they had microwave and fridge in the room instead of having to request it.

We like the restaurant, the location near the airport, free airport shuttle, the accommodations were modern and clean, and the pool area was really nice and welcoming.

Surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Very comfortable, lovely shower, food and drink in bar was ok. Staff were great! I’d definitely stay again if I needed somewhere near the airport

One of the reasons I book this hotel was because of the free shuttle to the airport. When I checked in I asked if I needed to make reservations for said shuttle, they told me that it was not necessary, as it worked on a "first come, first served" basis, but because of the time I'd have to be at the airport (around 7:30AM), that I should take the earlier shuttle at 7AM, as the 7:30AM one was normally packed with flight crew. When I came down at 6:45AM, I was told that the whole van was already "called for" by American Airlines crew. However none of them had came down yet, so by the "first come, first served" logic I should get a place at the shuttle. That was not what happened. The guy from the front desk had to call an Uber for me and my wife (and also another guest), which we had to wait as we saw the shuttle leave. If I knew I could "call for" a place at the shuttle I would, I asked about it. In the end, it all worked out, but it seems that the rules do not apply to every guest.

For a "convenient" hotel, very close to the airport I was not expecting such good service. Ada, in the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The room is gigantic and very very comfortable. Bed is amazing, shower is awesome.

We stayed at EB when our flight was cancelled. Everything was top-notch —the room was quite large with a BIG bathroom plus a living room; the staff vey helpful; a fabulous lobby bar and restaurant with the best mixologist; and close to MIA. We would stay again.

The decor is a little dated, and the hotel is super dark. The room was dark, but yet there were lights that lit up the entire room at night under the dresser that were impossible to turn off, the entire lighting system was very difficult to understand and operate.

Our room was HUGE with a very nicely appointed bathroom. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens were excellent. The staff in the bar/restaurant was very nice and the food was ok for airport hotel food.

Whilst we enjoyed the included breakfast it was a shame that it didnt include the venezuelan menu. It would have been nice to try some of the different types of food or even offered a chance to upgrade to the venezuelan menu.

We had a couple of nights in Miami before heading on a cruise so we chose the EB as it had free airport pickup and was not to far away from the city. Ubers to Calle Ocho and Wynwood were pretty reasonable so it made staying out of the city really easy. Room was great, really big with fantastic views of MIA runway. Comfy bed, great bathroom and the breakfast at the hotel was very good. We used the gym before our cruise day and the machines worked fine and there seemed to be a decent selection in the gym. Perfect hotel if you have an overnight flight connection or just a couple of days to see the city.
