We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe reserved a room with a king sized bed because on our last stay we had a room with two queen sized beds and it was just too crowded when we slept. We had stayed at the Baymont the last time we went to Tehachapi in October. They gave us the vey same Room and I did not notice it was NOT a king sized bed until we were already checked in and in the room. We were very tired form traveling and I did not try to change the room. The beds were too small and we did not sleep well.
Everything was nice except the bed was supposed to be a king size as per our reservation and they gave us a room with two queen sized room. It was the very same room as the last time we stayed. The cleaning staff were VERY nice and the front desk was very helpful. All in all we will stay again at a Wyndham motel if we travel and especially at Tehachapi.
