I really have no dislikes.

Staff friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, almost in the middle of Duval Street. The room we chose was small, but it worked perfectly for us. The gardens and patio were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was perfect for mid-day relaxing. They offer a continental type breakfast, and it was the perfect way to start the day.

Air Con was so loud we did a noise monitor and was nearly 70 decibels, ear defenders are needed at 85 Also the Roosters 🐓 that crow every single morning from about 4am to 7am (this is not Duvel House issue as they are all over the island)

The houses and gardens are beautiful. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The staff was very accommodating, welcomed us with a drink, and even provided us with free sunblock. Our room was very spacious, had antique furniture and a wonderful fan as well as immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious, serving fresh waffles and fruit, with excellent service and the most delicious yogurt with fruit and granola I ever tasted. Would love to return.

A/C in my room was very loud, possibly due to fan motor bearings wearing out, this made it hard to fall asleep at times.

Breakfast was good, liked you could get soft drinks and cigars at the front desk.

Really there was nothing I didn’t like. If I had to come up with something I guess that there was no microwave in the room. But the staff was super accommodating and allowed us to use the microwave in the breakfast room so I guess I’m back to nothing.

Loved the boutique feel from the individual spaces as part of a complex of cohesive buildings. Loved the tropical gardens, pathways and multiple seating areas. Rooms were light, bright and cozy.

Hot breakfast like bacon and eggs but you did have waffles.

Breakfast was good with different choices. Our balcony was hidden in lush tropical jungle style grounds. Very private and quit with still being close to everything.

The pool wasn't clean...too many leaves on top and the pool didn't feel heated as the staff said Our stool had trouble flushing Shower didn't have an adjustable shower head to move around so the spray( I am short) would only hit me in the face. Very hard to rinse off and shower The refrigerator leaked water on the floor all the time we were there. Placed a towel on the floor to keep water wiped up A shutter slat was broken so people could see into the room if they wanted. Staff said they would fix it, but didn't Parking was very tight and not everyone parked there had that paper permit in their window. But we did finally find a place Overall, we liked the little room but it requires some good maintenance.

The breakfast had a variety. Loved the Belgium waffles and eggs The continental breakfast is one reason we chose Duval House. I didn't want to go search for a place to eat breakfast early in the morning. It was so convenient ! The grounds and plants were beautiful and relaxing atmosphere The Staff were very helpful/nice with towel, coffee, and information The location of the Duval House was perfect for what we wanted to do I liked that I could buy a beer/or other drinks at the office Each room had its own privacy area The grounds were clean, tidy and lots of plants! To me , it was the best part of the Duval House It is a lovely little private oasis tucked away on one of the busiest streets on Key West

My husband and I absolutely loved this little gem in the middle of Duval Street! It's crazy that they fit so much beautiful foliage and quiet resting spots in the middle of Key West. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very relaxing deck for some daily chill out time. And the breakfast was a great start to each morning with waffles, delicious fruit and granola yogurt, fresh fruit and bagels.
