Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had a early flight scheduled for the next day and had to leave before breakfast was to be served and they provided me with muffins and fresh fruit to take with me. I also asked for a quiet room since I needed to go to bed early and they offered me that as well.

The location was in a great spot. We were close enough to the city, but far enough to not feel the crowds. We were close to some great restaurants and shopping! We LOVED having breakfast and dinner included in our stay. That was a nice extension to our budget. The staff was AMAZING and showed both our boys kindness and attention on their birthdays(the reason for our trip). We will definitely be staying again soon!

United StatesOur room was directly above the check in so the noise of the doors opening, cars driving up, etc. all came through our window. Thankfully we travel with a sound machine and the added white noise of the AC helped mask most of it. Next visit we will request the highest floor and away from the elevator.
Breakfast was okay but we didn't have much time to enjoy it as we had to leave with the 7am shuttle. It was a bit crowded for our comfort, but it was easy enough to take a plate up to the room. We really enjoyed the convenience of the "light supper" and cocktail bar. We had dropped off our rental car, so it was nice to just catch the shuttle at the airport and stay in the hotel for the rest of the evening.

United StatesThe night we stayed the dinner we had was cold, I don’t even think the vegetables were cooked. Being a food service employee myself I don’t think they even reached 40 degrees. The breakfast staff was not very friendly. I realize everyone is short staffed and the customer is not always right. But dealing with the public in a pleasant manor is what brings the customer back. We were disappointed with our stay this time. The other time we stayed at Drury we throughly enjoyed our stay because of the dinner and breakfast. They were very personable. Including the check in staff.

I love the pools! we have stayed at 2 Drurys and the pool are indoor and outdoor. you can swim under the half wall. my 6 year old loved this!!

We came to Kansas City on a family vacation to visit Worlds of Fun, the many other museums/family friendly attractions, and the KC BBQ scene. We didn’t want to pay top dollar for a 5 star hotel but certainly felt like we got one. Drury was in the mid range of prices for hotels in the Kansas City area and we felt like it exceeded our expectations and was a great value. It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The kids swam multiple times. The pool area is air conditioned so it wasn’t hot and muggy like some other hotel pools are. They offered free breakfast and even something called “Kickback” in the evenings where they served hot snacks and a few free alcoholic beverages for the adults. The one thing I was happiest with was the beds. They were much more comfortable than other cheap hotels and hotels I’ve been to that were around the same price range. 9.5/10 I will definitely look for more Drury hotels in the future.
