Absolutely one of the best hotels we have been to. It was very clean and the staff was so kind. The whole place felt very safe. Great views and connected to the convention center.

There is a huge gap at the bottom of the door to the room. The lamps outside shine directly into the window. The room is on the 8th floor.

The location for the price was not equal, it was an hour walk to the campus and football stadium . The staff had a hard time keeping up with snacks and breakfast. There was not much available when we went to breakfast although it was early. We even had to wait for coffee. A huge no no.

The breakfast was good, although due to how busy it was the staff could not keep up with it. The snacks and drinks included were definitely a plus.

We had a handicap accessible room, and it was located on the first floor which worked out well for all the equipment I had to bring (scooter and oxygen tank etc). Staff were AMAZING and could not have been any kinder - and that was all of them - which is very rare. I did not encounter one unhappy teammate or any that did not greet us with a smile or nod. Front desk staff always checking on guests in dining area and as they came in the door. The person responsible for cleaning up the dinner area went above and beyond with my grandson who was a toddler and one that was "busy". He was patient and kind and even allowed him to "help" him while he did his job. Front desk staff even assisted in carrying items to my room when I placed an order for water and soda from the local market - above and beyond! The free breakfast, dinner bites, and cocktails at cocktail hour (we did not partake) were the added value for what we paid to stay.

Loved the room, updated and clean. Staff was great, check-in quick, easy and parking was secure and so easy to access. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and Bank of America Arena easy to walk to. Breakfast included and an extra perk-pre-event food the evening of our concert. It was also nice that they have a restaurant on sight that's open until midnight so we could grab a snack when we got back. Will definitely stay again!

The lighting in the rooms could’ve been better, especially once there was no outdoor lights. We were also auto-charged for parking, even though we didn’t have a car, but the charges were removed promptly once we brought it up with the front desk.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating from our arrival to our departure. They were quick to cater to our needs. The breakfast & happy hour food/drinks were delicious! The rooms were spacious. I liked the free iced lime water on the first floor.

The beds were very comfortable and the TV was large. The free breakfast was wonderful plus there was free evening snacks and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very bright and clean. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Our fridge wasn't working at all so that was a drawback. I informed housekeeping staff who said she would let maintenance know, but no one arrived or reached out. Only other recommendation would be to improve the quality of the toilet paper.

Breakfast and dinner selections included with the room stay were great. Love the renovated look and that there's an accessible late night kitchen. Pool hours were great. Beds were sooooo comfortable and the room was very clean. Felt safe and private, too.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here due to the location, which was very convenient for our downtown event. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

I would say the 15 dollar fee for parking was a bit much. Parking used to be free when people stayed at hotels. With prices everywhere going up and the cost of living rising, being charged 15 dollars for a parking spot hits hard for some people.

We were grateful that the front desk allowed us early access to the garage so we could come to the lobby to wait for our room to be ready. I have terrible anxiety, and the busy traffic was making me panic. It was nice to park and get out of the chaos. Thank you! :-)
