The Parkin garage is not convenient to get to

The bell hop was rude and I didn’t understand why I didn’t get my deposit back. We stayed for one night and there was no damage to the room.

Armchair upholstery was "stamped" by a smoker. Carpets not so clean.

t was bad that we didn't have a mini fridge. The parking was also annoying; the elevators didn't work and we had to drag all suitcases down 3 flights of stairs! The parking is also accross the street and you have to cross to get to the hotel.

The room was clean, nice, and spacious. The location is walking distance to the Fremont Street Experience and many good coffee shops.

The only thing I disliked about the stay is that the rooms.did not come with a fridge and microwave for the price you pay . And if you requested one its a $20 a day charge other then that the stay was great🎉🥂😀

The staff was polite 😀 the hotel was very clean 🎉 the beds was comfortable 🥂 love the pool area 😀 and the drinks was very good 🥂 close to Fremont and a lot of food selections and my favorite part is being across from the Mobb Museum 🎉🎉🎉

Was greeted poorly at reception desk. Young people void of social skills shouldn't work in service. Not having a coffee maker or refrigerator was a negative.. Also pets on the floor is a very bad idea. I really disliked the noise and vibrations emitting from ? Fremont or jazz bar past midnight.

The Bed, TV, and large sitting chair was great! The elevator was quick and available.

If you aren't aware of the Freemont experience the loud music at night can be bothersome

Good location close to Freemont street the restaurants in the property were good and decently priced. The parking garage was located next to the property the area felt secure. Overall my stay was good

Swimming pool closed at 6pm. An evening swim would have been nice.

It was more laidback than staying on the Strip. The room was large and smartly furnished. Requested additional pillows led to sleeping comfort.

There was useful text service that told you when room was ready but automated kiosk check in process was a mess n confusing, I and others just gave up n checked in normally at desk, pity as it seemed good idea.

My first time staying here, a bit above my usual budget but very nice place, room was lovely, rooftop pool bar is fun but smallish stand about pool not really for swimming. Lots of food options in hotel or nearby.

Loud, can be super load when there is a party. Weed smell, a lot of folks smoke in the rooms though it is forbidden. Uncomfortable bed. No freezer(100 in June), so trips to the ice machine are going to be frequent.

Location is really good one, 5 min to Fremont Experience certainly have a lot of value. Low the amenities too, good pool, decent restaurant place. Worth to spend a weekend. Keep in mind far from the Strip but there is a 24/7 bus service close by.

We didn't find anything we didn't like except the pool closed early. We had our kids and when it's hot we like to go a little later when it's not the heat of the day.

Our room was mostly clean, although we did find a used cigarette in the corner of our room.

Hotel is right off Fremont street! Great location. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient having the small casino and restaurant downstairs. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Difficult to arrive with one car, one small child, many luggages, the parking was not on the same block... Some help would have been appreciated for the price we paid : even just offer us to store our luggage in the lobby while going to park the car... but no
