Just that breakfast looks like a free continental, talks like a free continental, but isn't a duck. Their is no signage and after my daughter got a small plate of potatoes and a cup of coffee she was surprised to be charged the price of the full breakfast that we thought was included in the room. Don't mind paying for breakfast, just expect some signage indicating it's not a complimentary situation.

Great place.Clean and comfortable. The staff are very amiable. Lots of parking. Quiet, but still close to the freeway. Extended our stay a night.

Had a difficult time finding the room, then found it behind the elevator. It looked smaller than all the other rooms. All night I heard the elevator doors chime when it arrived and people talking while waiting for the elevator.

It was clean and everything worked, there was hot water, towels and even a mini fridge and microwave oven

The couch in our room was pretty scuffed up with the cover flaking off. A large stain sat in the middle of the carpet. We got turned around driving through Beaverton and 5 phone calls (!!!) to your hotel brought no help at all! NO ONe at front desk (manager would not answer) could tell us how to get from HW 217 at 99West to the hotel. (We finally had to ask a child who asked their device to direct us).

We brought our own food and ate in the lovely courtyard. We greatly appreciated the coffee machine and tea...along with ice water in the lobby. The air conditioner functioned well and the bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the excessive fees for every item. No complementary waters, no complementary breakfast, no complementary parking. Poor working air conditioning.

The best part was the check-in. Phenomenal customer service from the front desk. I emailed management with a compliment about it. I would stay there again. And the room was very clean.

The shower faucet; because it can't be turned on, after setting water temperature comfort zone. Turn on & spin quickly to avoid freezing cold water.

I used booking.com. Paid extra for breakfast. Verified breakfast was included in our reservation. The was billed for breakfast. Staff was very responsive but I could have easily missed this error.

The couch was very shabby, had cracked fabric, and looked like it had better days; it needed to be replaced. We were disappointed the bar was closed when the hours said it was supposed to be open. We were looking forward to a glass of wine after a very long drive.

I paid $37 more for the same room. Friday was $202. Saturday was $168. When adding another night which was Friday I was told it would would be the same price as Saturday. It wasn't. I was charged more and didn't know until I got home and read my email bill.

Had to pay for pay for parking and very small spots Remote for tv did not work Had to go down and ask for blanket for hide away bed. Staff already knew our type of room and how many were in our party but we still had to ask. Room smelled weird. Like a dirty gym bag. I didn't even want to go barefoot.... Only had two towels to shower. Again they knew how many people in our party but did not give enough supplies. King bed and hide away were horrible. Very uncomfortable!!! We probably would have stayed another night except for the smell and the beds. $11.00 fir a skimpy carb loaded breakfast. We opted out and went to a local shop for breakfast so we could get healthier options. . Overall we were not impressed with this hotel.

Just off main road away from traffic noise. Freak hot cookie upon arrival. The young lady while checked us in was nice and there was minimal contact.
