The whole experience was terrific! Spending time here was very relaxing and the views were magnificent. Frank and Sandra were great hosts along with Shadow and Sandy (resident dogs and welcoming committee).The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day!

Excellent 40 acre ranch on top of a mesa. Frank is a super host - attentive and great conversationalist. Would go back there.

It was such a fun place to stay. The owner Sandra was very helpful and just pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed visiting with the animals on her ranch. The breakfasts were delicious. Although her house was up on the mountain it was a beautiful ride into town. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice location on ranchette between Montrose and Ridgeway. Farm animals and horses to visit with and feed. Dogs took us on a walk around the property's trails. Very attentive owners. Comfortable room with a view and fine made to order breakfast.

Frank and Sandra will make sure that your stay is great! Their rooms are very comfortable. The beds and linens will help you to sleep well. The outdoor views are great! (see pic) Frank will make you a breakfast to your order. It is wonderful. Sandra cooks some great evening meals as well. There are paths for walking on their 20 acre property. They have two very friendly dogs that will greet you every time you come back. We highly recommend the Double G Ranch and plan on returning with our siblings. This property is between Montrose and Ridgeway, as well as close to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

Not a thing - it was perfect!

The breakfast was outstanding - Frank is an amazing cook. The dinner was outstanding - Sandra is also an amazing cook. The other guests were interesting and the presentation of food and service was off the charts excellent. Frank and Sandra are amazing hosts - gracious, have thought of every convenience that a guest could want, interesting, and a beautiful property. I loved the dogs (they took me on walks around the property), horses, chickens, sheep, goats, bunnies, and birds. The property is very well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and the hosts could not be more accommodating and friendly.

Frank and Sandra were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for local activities. Gorgeous views from the patio. Breakfast was made to order and it was fun sitting and talking with the host and other guests.

The room was big with a nice seating area and a great views out every window, and a private porch. Frank and Sandra we exceptionally accommodating, warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and activities available. They offered outstanding hospitality and the entire experience was beyond pleasant down to every detail. The breakfast among the other guests was very enjoyable. The table was set in a beautiful way that made you feel like you were at an upscale restaurant while also feeling cozy and welcoming. The food was terrific! There's nothing we could criticize, it was and idela place to stay. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is located in a very beautiful place. The hosts are fantastic, friendly, and helpful. It would be a shame to miss the dinner; it was very delicious. Moreover, it's very cozy to have it on the terrace while watching the sunset and the hungry hummingbirds flying above our heads. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Hosts, room, breakfast and physical setting. Frank was awesome - we arrived late (after 9pm), and he was right there to greet us as we pulled up to the guesthouse.
