Lock are a little tricky to operate, the linen are old, could use some newer, and fresher.

    Clean, acceptable facilities.

We were sad not to see the wild burros- maybe next time!

We weren’t sure what continental breakfast would entail but there were packaged processed pastries (muffins, bear claws, honey buns), milk/juice/coffee, hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, cereal… a limit of one per item but much more available then we thought and plenty to start our day. We used the hot tub - the regular pool was quite cold at night, even for us (we’re from WI!) but it was really fun to dip our feet in as a contest of bravery! The room was clean except a washcloth we found when moving a chair. The staff was incredibly friendly! Very good value for easy entrance into Death Valley the next day.

Very few places to eat plus the ones there may close early.

Good base for Death Valley outside the park. I’d recommend stay on second floor as we could hear every foot step of the people upstairs. The staff were super!

The pillows weren't comfortable. The lady at the desk when we checked out wasn't nearly as friendly as the lady the night before.

We checked in around 8:00 pm. The lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great! The room was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable. It was nice to have a freezer in the refrigerator for our ice packs.

the clunky door and a slippery shower were annoying but can live with it. But The main problem is the road proximity, trucks are quite noisy at night.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The breakfast was a surprise not indicated on the room description

I thought everything went well except the door to the room was acting up and despite showing a green light wouldn't unlock. The curtain were also too long/close to the AC/Heat so it would just get trapped inside the curtain rather than in the room (I pushed the table again them to help them stay down)

    A lot of parking

    Nothing negative.

Ideal place to stay for visiting Death Valley National Park. Not far outside the park but very good value compared to accommodation within the park. Very helpful friendly staff. The breakfast, consisting of cereal, muffins, fruit etc, suited us perfectly well. Very close to a grocery store.

Surprised that there were no glasses, plastic for brushing teeth, taking medicines in the room Could see daylight through the door. Would think that sealing the door would be cost effective for heating/cooling

Misunderstanding almost got me charge additional $100 for pet hair that had transferred from one of our personal blankets to their bedding. Maid said because of the pet hair we had dogs. Talked to the manager and explained that we had no dogs with us. They reversed the charge.

Staff was friendly. Beautiful drive to Death Valley from this location.

My check-in experience was bad. I arrived to an empty lobby and had to wait 10 minutes for staff to return. Breakfast was pretty bad. Gas station pastries, sad apples and boxed cereal. The parking lot is cramped.

Our room was perfect. Recently remodeled, spotless and fairly spacious. Beds were comfortable and WiFi was fast and reliable..

About an hour drive from Furnace Creek Visitor Center, the drive can be a bit taxing (13 mile downhill). Book closer to park entrance if you want to save some time.

Nice and easy check-in check-out, clean rooms.
