Pool was not working and no idea how long until it would be fixed. It's summertime and it gets hot so it would have been nice to have been able to use the pool.

Staff was great! Always willing to assist with any questions and always with a smile.

The elevator doesn't have air conditioning. The pool was close.

Advertised Breakfast included...was a brown bag with yogurt, smallest bottle of water, mini granola bar and bag of mini muffins. Very disappointing. Expected much more!

I didn't like going to a nonsmoking room on the same floor with smoking rooms. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, outside planters were used as ashtrays for cigarette butts, instead of plants. And, the room's carpet could use a cleaner.

I liked the 10% dinner deal with neighboring restaurant. There was a grocery store and other food places within walking distance. The location was good while visiting family nearby.

The hair dryer was broken. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that I had the worst night's sleep of my life.

I like the cleanliness and the closest to the location to my activity my activity. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. When I got a room that smelled like smoke they immediately changed the room without question.

only one working ice machine on 2nd floor, hallways wreaking of smoke, lots of questionable people staying there. The mask mandate is over, and price doesn’t lessen with no breakfast except for a bag with a danish yougart water and apple, could certainly do better then that.

I booked our rooms on Bookings.com yet when we at check-in the clerk said they need a credit card for "incidentals". I was traveling with 70+ year old parents who weren't going to damage anything and there's no minibar in the rooms to indulge from so why "incidentials" I didn't understand. Come the night prior to check out I find the card I gave for incidentals was charged for the entire stay!! The place could've been cleaner. I understand it's an older building showing it's age but there was hair in the sheets when I pulled it back and chunky black 'something' in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. Needless to say.... never again.

I liked the location in regards to convenience to shops & restaurants.

I was given a non-smoker room, as requested. However, the whole hallway smelled of smoke, which seeped into my room. Outside of that, and an aging elevator, the room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was way too soft--work up with back pain every morning of stay. Fire alarm went off during second night of stay (false alarm) and woke us up (very unnerving). Beds were not made up after first night of stay.
