there was no toilet brush, a lot of noise inside the hotel, everything can be heard at night, the traffic outside is very loud during the night with the windows closed.

The availability of wine to pick up from the lobby area 24/7 which was nice. The receptionist was very friendly. Room was comfy and large enough.

It was a little noisy because our room's windows overlooked the street and the school was across the street. I wish there had been more light in the room because it was so dim. We had to strain our eyes because we were in the room most of the time in the early morning and evening when it was already getting dark, which made you feel more exhausted than you actually were.

The hotel is not located in the center. By the public transportation it took 20-30 minutes to get there. Luckily, the metro and bus stops are nearby. Thus, everything was quite practical. The room had a kettle, a refrigerator, and at our first request we have been provided by iron and ironing board. The staff is particularly noteworthy; they are pleasant, helpful, and kind. In addition to Catalan, English and Spanish, they spoke other languages: Italian, French. I heard these languages spoken there. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.

Uncomfortable sofa bed. My kids had blanket instead duvet . Holes in curtains in master bedroom. There weren’t any nice restaurants near hotel where you could eat traditional dishes.

I had paid for breakfast for my daughter and I for our four nights and upon checking out was charged $66 euros for her. I said it was already paid and wasn’t happy about not being told of their change the first, second, third day. Not cool. The staff was kind. But that is wrong to pay twice for my daughter’s breakfast and will complain officially.

Very minor issues but we had 4 guests staying in the room, but we only had 3 towels supplied after the 1st night and only 3 glasses were replaced each day. Didn't like the twin beds pushed together to make a double.

Good hotel, good breakfast, good location which is out of the tourist area but only 10 minutes on the metro to the centre. The closest metro station being less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The bathroom door was very much like in a public toilet, had quite a big gap around it and there was no lock.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is very well maintained. It is 3 stops from Pl. Catalunya metro station and has very good public transport connection to the main attractions. The breakfast selection was good with eggs, bacon, local ham and chorizo, donuts, cakes etc. and they serve a wide selection of fresh fruit every day.

There is not much light in the room. Some towels frequently had holes and seemed to be extremely old. If you have neck or back problems, the bed pillows can be an issue. Somewhat rude reception staff.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. The bathroom and shower are well cleaned and spacious. The shower was particularly relaxing. The whole room is or seemed to be cleaned daily. Flexible and friendly cleaning staff.

We booked a superior room being on the top floor. Some heavy ventilation system is intalled on the roof. It is noisy. We asked for another room. Staff eas flexible and we got it rather quickly.

Nothing just a bit too cold / humid in the room and we couldn’t turn on the heater.

Great hotel. Quiet and close to the metro and bus stops, our rooms were really big and comfy, the staff was really nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast.
